I was given a Mocha Cookie Crumble that was filled with whip cream from top to bottom and a small amount of coffee. It was not cold and taste more like foam. It was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window from taking my order. No cookies at the bottom or anything. I can’t take it right back so I’m putting it in the freezer and will return it this evening. Also the phone does not work. I have called from two cell phones and a landline and it give a message about the phone not being able to take calls so I cannot complain. However, I can put it here so the time can be stamped. I also had a bacon Gouda that was fine just disappointed in my coffee

I always get the same drink when I come here..DANI makes it for me and I will say if I had a blindfold on and three people made the same drink, I can tell you the one Dani made! She’s the sweetest and has amazing customer service skills. She makes me feel like she made my drink with love! And we all know that saying! I get my son the same drink, when we drive away and take a sip, we look to each other and say “Dani did that!!!”

Went to buy a bag of espresso beans. Was waiting for 20 mins when the cashier can just step back and grab it. I understand if it needed to be grinded but it wasn’t. Asked multiple times but all she kept saying was they’re busy as you could see. And everyone else in line after me had gotten their stuff. Thanks to Dani, ask me what I was waiting on and told somebody to get it for me.

This store has really gone down hill. It is always EXTREMELY DIRTY. The employees are loud and rude. There is one young latina girl who is always very rude, I even watched her yell at a customer before. In the morning, they do nothing but loudly yell at each other. At night, they do nothing but talk poorly about customers. There is one manager who I see more outside on her phone vaping than I do actually working. When she IS working, she’s rude, never talks to customers, and generally off-putting. There is one tall guy with cat ears on who is always just standing around and staring at people instead of doing anything to help. In my most recent visit, I was there later than usual to study and had to listen to an employee loudly make very insensitive “impressions” of an Indian man only to find out he is a MANAGER?? Then they spent the rest of the night plotting how to get another manager replaced and talking about how bad that manager is. Whoever Derrek is: watch out, they really do not like you! They complain about every single person they work with and any task they have to do. This store is wildly inappropriate and no longer a place I enjoy spending time at. I guess I will have to find another place to do my school work.

The staff was difficult to understand and the place was filthy. Either they don’t understand their job or don’t care. One person was attempting to clean but the other two made no attempt. Dirty counters, dirty tables and dirty floor.

I love this Starbucks, the workers are super friendly, they say hello when you walk in and are very kind even when they are busy. It always seems to be tidy in the store even behind the counters and they have a nice outdoor seating area. Have yet to have a bad drink here.
