Impressively managed store and staff. I want to say for a “young” generation the employees seemed to genuinely care about the service and quality of the coffee and food served. I spoke with Layla or Kayla (can’t remember the name) the store manager and she seemed to really care about her employees and cleanliness of the store. I live in Raleigh and was in the area visiting and really preferred this atmosphere more. Thanks for the Java Chip guys!! Best coffee I have had in a while!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here and this is a fast-paced, high-volume location. It’s always busy. Yet I’ve never seen a flustered or rude barista. They genuinely seem like they have fun working together and I like that. My drink – I order the same one every time – is always perfect, consistently. Highly recommend this location. Great job, y’all!

This is a great Starbucks location with a huge, OPEN lobby and a great outdoor patio, but the best part are the people who are consistently friendly… With notes on your goodies or pup cups for friends along for the ride.
