Place was great! Staff was super friendly. I went looking for a Been There Series coffee mug and they were all out. Worker told me they’ve been out of them for months which was a bummer! But overall great experience even if they didn’t have what I was looking for.

Terrible. Waited and then drink was wrong. No shot of espresso. All cream. I ordered cold brew. W/ shot of espresso. Service was horrible. Employee rude. She did dishes first and wiped off counters while line formed and customers waited. Also was banging things! Obviously unhappy she had to work. That was after taking our orders!!

Just a warning: The employees have a massive attitude, zero customer service skills, and make it well known that your business is not wanted. You’re better off going the extra mile to Cabela Drive’s Starbucks.

got a ‘white’ pink drink that was quite obviously straight coconut milk and all they said is that they can’t remake mobile orders. Lady working the Starbucks had no desire whatsoever to make things right. The Kroger manager helped me out after we had to transfer ourselves there.

I have debated whether to write this review as I have had several pleasant experiences at this location. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, and the drinks are always well made. That being said, I cannot believe the rudeness that I witnessed while getting coffee this morning. There were two employees: one taking orders and one making the drinks. The employee taking orders was rude, first off, and acted like it was a bother to be there. Then, while waiting for my drink, she was openly ripping on other customers to the employee making the drinks. She openly made rude remarks about several of us WHILE WE WERE STANDING THERE and then laughed! I could not believe it. Props to the second employee for not engaging in the insults. I understand that working with the public/customer service can leave a lot to be desired; however, this type of behavior is not acceptable IMO.

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside of Kroger’s inside the entrance. It’s nice having the Starbucks located right next to the Krogers bakery. This provides this location with additional pastry options at great prices. It’s easy to get in and out due to the location of this Starbucks within the Krogers.

We are on the road back to St. Louis and were in dire need of coffee so we plugged in Starbucks to Google maps and this place was the closest to come up. Be advised that it is inside a Kroger grocery store to begin with, and the bathrooms are about a quarter mile walk from the Starbucks. My wife ordered a venti coffee with cream and a venti latte. When she brought them to the car she handed them to me and said, I’m not sure which is which. I took a sip of the first one and I couldn’t tell what it was – it tasted like warm dishwater, then I tasted the next and it didn’t taste like anything. They both looked the same when opened up – neither had foam on them or a label denoting what they were. Needless to say, they both sucked and we were in the parking lot of a grocery store. Our options weren’t good so we just left. We’ll find another place on down the road.

Twice, I ordered a medium cup of coffee, and received lukewarm on both occasions. How hard is it to get a hot coffee in a coffee shop? Staff is about as warm.
