Dad with special needs daughter needed toilet paper for he’s daughter and the teller rolled her eyes at him! Most disgusting starbucks I’ve ever seen.. The bathroom has urine all over the floors. Service was so slow, Waited 25 min for 1 coffee while it was not busy at all. If I could give -5 stars I would!

The young man who rang me up was amazing. However I was racially profiled by an employee named Tori to the point where a customer stepped in to apologize Explained how wrong she was and was so discussed she will be calling her higher up manager. I ordered a large amount of products which was extremely expensive I had my two children inside while the rest waiting with their dad out side she messed up the drink had a very nasty attitude tone and deminer as she snatched my drink and demanded someone else to remake it to fix the mistake she made I explained I would keep it just add the missing topping I was charged extra for she braked a reply I asked the young man who rang me up if I could take the mistake drink he said sure I waited for her to stop ignoring me to rely the messages she was blatantly disrespectful, rasist absolutely hateful with hate in her eyes and body language I asked for my drink she raised her voice at me and treated me worse than the lowest scum you could ever think of I am embarrassed by this point holding back tears. I can’t change the skin I’m in the lack of compassion self respect, character, care for customers or the brand was distasteful, discrimination highly disrespectful I am so disappointed I actually want a refund and don’t recommend anyone here no one should ever experience treatment in such a hateful harmful and naturally nasty manner. It creates a very bad work environment. This was a very poor representation of human nature, herself and the brand she represents . Mind you I was picking up a mobile order as well we have been customers for years to over a decade. Smh. Do better

The customer service was horrible and not polite. I did not recieve the correct order but did not realize it until i got home. When i went back they had just closed like 30 seconds before. I knocked on the door and the 2 girls working there just looked at me and did not say anthing. I continued to knock and they continued to ignore me while they just wondered about around. Eventually one of the girls mouthed they were closed from far away in the store. I only wanted my correct drink which they didnt even try to understand why i was there in the first place. It looked like the manager or supervisor came out from the back after like 10 min but she also just looked at me a wondered about. They were only concerned with going home for the day and did not prioritize their customer. They could of at least listen to what i had to say and if told me it was to late which i doubt becuase they only closed lile 30 seconds before i coluld understand that, but just to ignored me which was very rude. I would not recommend going there if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

4/30/21 230pm – I’ve been getting a refresher everyday for the past 2 months here because its a mile down from home and on my way to work. It adds onto my day and makes me happy. Normally I get the best drinks and great customer service.
