On my last visit to the cumberland/LaVale, Maryland Starbucks location I noticed that there were very few employees. Well, it appears that very few of the employees that morning showed up for work as needed but that did not stop the dedicated employees that didn’t make it. Every time I come to the Starbucks people are friendly and respectful and I really enjoy it. Today on July 25 I’m sitting in the back and one of the ladies is walking around offering a free latte and little cups. She went to everybody except me so I called and put in a complaint and she came over and said why didn’t you flag me down. I said no one else had to then I told her to leave me alone and I got up and I left.

Always fast friendly service at this location. However, portion size has become a bit of a problem. Whip cream, or not, Venti is 20 ounces. We reached an all time low on this order measuring in at 14 ounces each. It’s great coffee. Can we get what we pay for though?

On my way to work stop for morning coffee. They are always friendly, courteous and willing to offer their suggestions for favorite drinks. Never have gotten an order wrong. Does get a little crazy around 8am most mornings so parking can be a little difficult.

I love the Winchester Starbucks more than any other. They always get my order correct, and it tastes great. Cumberland Starbucks is a joke. They need a complete overhaul. More training and more employees. My pup loved his pup cup!!

I come here a lot. There’s a lot of inconsistencies with the making of the iced shaken espresso. Today what really put me over the edge was the bacon on my sandwich wasn’t even fully cooked when they gave it to me. I brought it back in and put it on the counter and told her it’s not even cooked. She said nothing to me. Took the sandwich back and they reheated again. Brought it up. All she said was “okay”. I’m sorry but any kind of an apology would have been nice. I’m sorry you felt inconvenienced by the fact that I, the customer, had to bring in raw bacon to show you that I can’t eat the sandwich that way.

This place is very nice inside. They do a great job of keeping it clean. A lot of college student come here and take up table space. Fortunately, there seems to always be plenty of space to enjoy some coffee. The service here can be kind of slow. Nor tire why i took so long to get my order. There were employees standing around with what seemed like little to do.
