Clean facility, prompt attention with awesome customer service/attention to detail. I was totally shocked at how awesome my drink was with it being as busy as it was. The parking was a bit of a challenge, but I give them kudos for their levels of professionalism shown. This place runs like a well-oiled machine. No doubt I’m going back.

I have a special way I like my lattes. The Barista Makayla did a phenomenal job, paying great attention to detail & excellence in making my drink, that I ended up ordering 3 of them while hanging out working on my laptop, they were so delicious. The best version of my special latte I’ve had. Nikola, another Coffee Bar Attendant, was especially attentive as I hung out at Starbucks for 2 hrs & ordering different items during that period of time. He is very friendly & clearly intelligent and engaging. I will be coming here again, even tho it is a half-hour drive, as the various Starbucks near me have reigned in their services, including removing access to all wall electrical outlets, causing fewer customers to be around or even come to the stores, making them lonely places to hang out.

I have gone to this store twice, and they have either forgotten the order while others ordering well behind me have gotten their beverages and left. And my order was for coffee, the simplest and easiest item on the menu. Badly run store. Don’t go!

I went in to see if you had my favorite sandwich with the spinach but you was all out. I ask your cashier to recommend a hot coffee this morning. I explained that I have diabetes and didn’t want to spike my glucose to high just because I wanted to treat myself. He suggested a regular latte with toasted almond syrup. So, I agreed and we did 1 pump of the syrup. Absolutely delicious. Thank you!

The York Rd & Burke Ave location, in Towson, MD, has to be the slowest drive thru on the planet. There could be only 3-4 cars ahead of me and there’s still a 20 minute wait. Using the app and going inside makes no difference. Prices have gone up, value of stars have gone down, and it’s just not worth it anymore.

It’s Sunday I understand a line but I have been standing here for over 20 min while only one person is making frappacinos and the rest of the staff watched her fall behind ! I am still standing here and at this point I want a refund this is horrible ! And I had to get my coffee mad over !

Great, there was a long drive through line but the employee apologized (even though it obviously was no fault of theirs) and was pleasant and upbeat while taking my order. Food and drinks were perfect, definitely a good location.
