I go to this starbucks almost every single day and the workers are wonderful. They’ve known my name and my order since the fall and have always been so kind. They consistently ask how we are doing and put extra stickers on our coffee. Truly the nicest staff. Special shout-out to our girl Katie! You are lovely!

I called this store to recommend some customer service advice as I stood at the walk up window for 9 minutes without being acknowledged. There was 5 employees working and no one seemed to enlighten me that it was a mobile order pick up window only and there was no sign with this information either. Needless to say, if I owned this store I would not be happy with potential paying customers not being treated well, as I refused to spend a dollar when I was there to order a round of drinks. Good luck with your poorly trained employees.

Chinese lady In her 30 s or forties THIS morning, VERY very rude! Asked me in an attitude way, if that was all I wanted, I said yes, and wen I got to the window , VERY Silent and UNfriendly and handed me my item, and walked off!
