I’ve only ever used the drive-thru of this location, but it is always a subpar experience. Usually, it is related to the quality of the drinks. However, the service I received today was enough to make me not come back to this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one of their shaken espressos with oatmilk and extra ice. When I got to the window, they handed me a drink that not only had barely any ice in it and was warm and was 95% oatmilk. I mentioned that it had a lot of oatmilk in it and if they’d mind remaking it. I said I could park and come inside to get it. The employee just stared at me, refused to take the drink back, and shook his head and just kept saying “no, you can leave.” There are so many Starbucks around Nashua that is just isn’t worth it to come to this location.

I come to this Starbucks location weekly. They have a great staff, everyone is friendly. They make my coffee perfect about 99% of the time which I’d like to thank the team for the consistency and good service! Many times I have to pick up coffee for my team at work and this location will always be our go to! Thanks again DW Starbucks team ❤️

I used to work at this Starbucks. Cleaner than most in the area! The baristas work hard to ensure your order is always accurate and if it isn’t they always make it right. I would recommend this location to others.

Before the August 2022 remodel, the place was amazing. It was inviting and relaxing. I don’t think having someone buy a coffee and then use the wifi for six hours fits their profit model though, so now it’s very sterile, with a focus on mobile orders. If that’s what they need to do, so be it, but their offerings don’t stand out compared to Dunkins and their point of difference was being a third space. At this location at least, I don’t think that’s the corporate goal.

Always a great option for those who are dairy free. This location is always busy. Their team members are always in a great mood, engaging with customers and they make their drinks on point. Be mindful when placing online orders. Sometimes they get left behind in the bustle of business. It took a total of 30 minutes from the time of order to the time I was walking out the door with my coffee.

I want to give a shout out to this location for the awesome and friendly drive thru team. Visited the last few weekends and each time the male working the mic at the window has had outstanding customer service. Very friendly and positive. I think today was a different employee than last weekend but he had the same positive attitude as the other employee.

A good location… The staff are polite , quick, and friendly. The coffee was fresh, which was nice. My lack of experience with their sizing conventions was dealt with by asking for ” the largest cup they have, with some cream and sugar added.” That’s what i got, with some polite amusement from the servers.
