Service and food was excellent. Food was hot and fresh and the portions size was large, I had plenty seafood pasta to take home. While I didn’t order the Moscato chicken, I did taste it and boy was it fabulous!!! The owner was super friendly and personable and I will be supporting their business in the very near future. Highly recommend you visit them.

Ok so first, when we walked in, NO ONE was there to greet us or tell us where to sit or give us our menus plus there wasn’t even an obvious sign that let us know if we should just stand there or what. Second, their dress code was all out of wack. People where just wearing anything they wanted to and at a professional restaurant, they all have the same uniform and a smile on the faces with someone to greet and escort you to your table or booth. However, that’s the exact opposite of what we got at Stage 5. Third, the food. Honestly, when I looked at that menu, I emediantly noticed the fact that it was MOSTLY seafood. What if I was allergic to seafood? I wouldn’t be able to eat anything, that’s what. If the menu is going to be mostly seafood, than at least make it good. Plus, they only had ONE dessert and they couldn’t even give us that. They didn’t have it, just like some other things on their menu. If your only going to have ONE dessert, you should ALWAYS have some of it. But the fries that we got were good, the deep fried shrimp was good, but we both agreed that the crab cake tasted fake. We felt like they put fake crab in it so we didn’t really like that. But it looked great! Plus they gave us an automatic refill so that was something new and we liked it.

I enjoyed my salmon strawberry Moscato salad ! Which would have been given a 5 star if it came with strawberries! The place Is very clean the owner did smile and ask us if we had ordered yet. ! But the wait was over 35 minutes! But the kicker was our salmon sat in front of us for over 15 minutes in a pan ! Only had to wait for a plate of salad !!! This was my honest opinion ,waitress was friendly and attentive ( Crystal or crissy) thank you ( next time please let the customer know when you are out of something ( like strawberries)

Nice atmosphere, food is yummy (cat fish bites w/fries) and well worth the wait. A stonger ventilation needed or fan because the smoke had me choking when they cook a particular dish..soooo, next visit i will definitely sit further away from the grill.

Food is amazing and worth the wait. Its a small place and draws a large crowd. I would definetly recommend this place hands down. Call ahead and get your food to go but get down there!!!!!

This is not my first time eating from here. I was going to them when they were in East orange then they moved to Montclair. Their food is good which is why I continued to order but today 1/09/2022 I placed an order for the salmon with rice and another order of sea food ziti pasta. The salmon was good but the cream sauce was watery and tasted like seasoned milk, the seafood Ziti pasta had 2 hard plastics in it that I unfortunately chewed on, this is very disappointing because I spent 40 In total and couldn’t even enjoy my food.

The Salmon is on point and the Mac n Cheese is extra cheesy like Grandma makes it. The collard greens is full of soul and the potato salad has that zing that most potato salads don’t quite perfect. I appreciate the chef for sharing her personal palette. You don’t find to many places willing to have a signature taste that may not appeal to everyone but this place is definitely unique and a must try for those searching for food that’s reminiscent of family get togethers and holiday vibe like dinners.
