I met my mom there, and first thought they were closed. Then out of nowhere the one person that was working popped up! I gotta give it to her she was doing everything by herself! The drive thru, the people in cars, and us we are on their patio. But very un friendly, and short with us while we ordered! Now I understand she was by herself, but if u don’t like working with the public find a different job! The food was not all that either. The popcorn chicken I ordered seemed like it was sitting for hours! But no one else complained about their burgers! So that’s a plus. And no refills was kinda stupid also. Especially when we sat there an ate.

Girl taking the order was very rude. We were very loud saying our order and she kept saying she couldn’t hear us. No smile, rushed us through our order. She asked another girl to serve us and she as well was very rude. When asked why are you guys so rude?, her reply was, I’m very busy, I have a lot of tickets to tend to and I made your food with love. As she’s closing the window. So, my sister’s reply, I doubt it. I will think twice about driving 3 hours again to just come to eat here. I do believe I saw that your establishment is closing, now I see why.

20+ Minutes waiting on a burger and tots. Consistently wrong orders. Rude staff. Stay AWAY from this location if you can. Drive the extra distance, even if it’s out of your way, to the Mall View location because it’s not worth taking your chances at the Niles street location. Cant stress that enough. This location hurts the rest of the Sonic brand severely.
