Today is Tuesday the 16th. The hubby approached the walk up speaker at 7:10am. We sat and read the reviews before we decided to order. The reviews were very bad from long time to receive orders to stale food. We saw a vehicle at the drive threw when we were parking our truck at Walmart. We also watched them drive away assuming they had ordered and received their food. Being as there was not a sole there except one car we assumed to be the employee we decided to take a chance. We waited for 4 minutes for a response and got nothing. So breakfast in the truck it is…we watched a couple more vehicles go through the drive through with no responses….guess they are closed with nothing to tell the customers that they are closed. Very sad!!!

The employees are polite, but it takes 30 minutes in the drive thru, and the building is literally duct taped because it is in such need of repairs – highly suggest going elsewhere.

The folks here are always friendly and kind and today was no exception. My breakfast burrito was fresh and hot HOWEVER I also ordered a tater tot and all I can say is ewwww. I popped one in my mouth on my way to work and its was gross. It tasted of old dirty oil and left a disgusting film in my mouth. Once I got to the office and pulled them out they also reeked of dirty grease. Sonic people…please change your oil!

This sonic, and in fact the last 2 sonics i’ve been to, have been completely unsatisfactory. This time in particular we pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. We had pulled into station 9 because station 13 and 14 looked like someone had literally ripped them open and gutted them for the wiring. The red button flashed for about 5 minutes before a woman came on the speaker, and said “Our system is down” Now we had already placed our order on the app. Upon further investigation we learned that there were NO REFUNDS given when the app was used. Use at your own peril. So we decided to call them. The first attempt nobody answered. The second attempt someone finally picked up and we explained our situation. This is the only reason they got a second star for service. Since we ordered from the app, they told us to pull to the drive through and they would get our food.

Why this girl try to fight me… this girl was very much obviously having personal issues and took it to another level. No clear communication. System down, food not being made, no actual working register at the moment and only took cash…. We ordered and told we also ordered one on the app. The worker explained about the system and when we told the app already took the payment he said ok and told to wait. Received the first food and was told to wait for the other one. 40 minutes passed so we went to the drive through to see what was going on. A girl comes out aggressively yelling they’re closed. I try to explain to her I ordered 40 mins ago and also paid. She cuts in rudely yelling they’re short staffed where I replied I understood but the app did take my money she tell me she’s getting her manager I replied please thank you and she turns around and tells me I don’t have to do all that, she’s trying to get home,she dgaf..??? Afterword the previous worker that tried to get my number and have me hang out with him comes out swinging the door kicking it out and getting aggressive and loud as well saying I accused him of taking my money while the other was is screaming behind the door… I tried keeping cool but nothing was getting solved or deescalated no type of professionalism on their side what so ever.. I’m lost and so confused w the whole interaction all I gotta say is go take a few mins extra down the road and go to the other sonic cause this one ain’t it.. oh I never got the food btw lol

Even when ordering mobile it takes FOREVER to get ur stuff. I was in line for over 30 mins just for A SLUSH I had ordered on mobile 30 mins before I even arrived. They stay short staffed and none of their stalls work so you are forced to go thru drive thru.

All their speakers were broken! Waited 32mins to get to the window to order then 15mins after placing order and paying we were told they didnt have what we ordered!! We paid by card and they said they refunded our order but its been 2 wks and it has never been returned to my account!

Haven’t been here in a long time and won’t come back!! Just passing time stop at this Sonic and got 2 burgers and a medium fry! The food is old and cold, so I ask could we please have some fresh food! The guy comes and gets the food and takes a few mins to bring me the same burgers warmed up and some of the same old fries! What was the point? The young lady that brought the food out didn’t even say thank for her tip!! I will not return to this establishment 5/1/23

Really slow service. I didn’t know flavored iced coffee comes black. Ordered extra ranch but wasn’t given any ranch. Normally I love Sonic, but this experience wasn’t great.
