Went in after work and got 2 small 3 three ways and 2 cheese coneys with no onion. While i was waiting on my food the employees were pretty much playing around not focusing on there job at all. It was pretty sad to see a bunch of employees acting like that. There service was horrible the girl that waited on me was not pleasant at all. The manager didn’t say two words on the employees at all. My 3 way was like watery the chili that is. Im sorry you all need to grow up quit acting like 2 year olds.

Worst customer service ever. Went through the drive thru for my family ordered 2 chili cheese fries and a 3 way. No cheese for any of it order was not repeated back to us and would not give us a credit. Now I have hungry kids and still have to spend more money to feed them. Will NEVER return.

I see a lot of posts being critical of local businesses on here. I wanted to do something different tonight. I went to the skyline on 4 by Kroger around 6:15 (9/5/2020) this evening. I went through the drive thru, and noticed something a little different from the employee taking my order. As I approached the window, I was greeted by a young man with an incredible attitude and energy. His drive, work ethic was on point. He has a great sense of what customer service is about. I ensured that I let him know this and told him to keep these traits moving forward in his life. I also hope that the parent(s) are on here. If so, kudos to you as well, you’re doing a great job.
