Had the pork jibarito sandwich with rice and pigeon peas. Plantain had a great fry, crispy outside and tender in. It held together perfectly. These guys know what their doing! Generous portion of roast pork was tender, flavorful and rich without being greasy. Mayo balances the pork wonderfully. One star off for spanish-only menus. Servers are friendly and attentive. Hope to return soon!

Service was ok. Food was delicious. Good Puerto Rican restaurant in what seems to be a Puerto Rican neighborhood. Everyone was nice and like i said the food was great. I had a friend with me that spoke Spanish and was able to translate some things to one of the waitresses who only spoke Spanish. There is another waiter who spoke English well. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Milwaukee.

The service is always good, & the food is delicious! I drive down from waukesha a few times monthly to get some of their food. The sandwich options are my favorites along with my favorite beverages malta india & kola de champagne. If you haven’t tried them you absolutely should. Order the tripleta, you wont be disappointed!

Having tried them for the third time, I cannot go back based on my last visit, they cooked the chicken just slightly under. I called and they were super helpful to correct the problem, I went back to get the refried chicken and now I come home and it’s overcooked. Most of the chicken was Unedible. The fried pork was nice but no seasoning and the rice was bland.
