I’m sure this place has to deal with a bunch of drunk people trying to eat pizza after exploring downtown Dallas. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I’m confused why it took them over 30 minutes to make two large pizzas for the group I came with, when we were the only customers there for the first 15 minutes after our order. If it took that long to make the pizza, then a general timetable as we ordered, or before, would have been nice to know. The pizza was good enough, but nothing special. It was definitely not worth the wait when it wasn’t even busy.

the food it’s ok, (pasta) was spicy, idk why but it’s ok, good taste, the pizza it’s good too, I would say the pizza was better choice than the pasta we tried meatballs and ravioli and was spicy but good, I mean if you like the spicy pasta then ok, beer and margaritas are good too, like an old place, I like the pizza, and there’s chicken wings too if you like chicken, thank you..

Sfereco is a must-visit pizza place located in Plano, Texas. This restaurant is known for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the delicious aroma of freshly baked pizza filled the air. I was impressed by the variety of pizzas available on the menu, with plenty of options to satisfy any taste preference. I opted for the 6 Shooter pizza, which had pepperoni, Italian sausage, soppressata, capicola, mushrooms, bell pepper, red onion. In addition to the pizza, I also tried one of their salads, which was a refreshing and light addition to the meal. The salad was made with fresh greens and a variety of toppings, including cherry tomatoes, red onions, and balsamic vinaigrette. They also offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, and desserts.

We went to Sfereco during a Dallas trip in 2022. The service and food was incredible! We are currently in Dallas for another trip, and Israel was happy and eager to serve us again! He is one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure to meet at a restaurant. Great food for a great price!

Good was super tasty and well portioned for the price. Beers were cold, staff is friendly. I read quite a bit of the reviews and for the cleanliness of this place where people complained, I didn’t see it at all! The entire space was clean and organized during my visit. As for the reviews about wait times, we’ll if you want a quality order put out with fresh ingredients the few extra minutes are worth the wait in my opinion. I’m in town for work and will definitely be back to try the pizza next time. I had the Cheese balls and meatball hoagie. That thing weighed like six pounds too! Very good food.

Israel was making it happen tonight!! Our first time here in Dallas and this spot was open and closest to our hotel!! Pizza, ravioli and the wings were fire!!!! Thelma and Louis pizza was fire!!! 6 shooter pizza is fire!!!! Highly recommended!!!

tbh not bad at all the French fries and crispy wings . just wish they didn’t have so much grease on fries and wings but as the services wise it was great I will definitely be coming back often

On Sept. 10 at midnight, my friend and I stopped by this restaurant as we’re staying at the Statler Hotel next door and most kitchens were closed. Initially, the service was friendly as we placed our order. We were notified that our food would be ready in 15-20 minutes (we were the only ones there when we placed our order). After waiting 40 minutes, the cashier/shift “manager” alerted us that one of they may be out of chicken lasagna, but that he would let us know once he double-checked. That never happened. Our order was never placed or prepared. After waiting another 10 minutes, I walked to the counter where a young worker informed me that our pizza was almost done in the oven. Nearly an hour passed before we received the pizza. We were asked if we would like anything in place of the lasagna. I just asked for a refund of the item. The cashier then grabs an actual manager to help with the refund. After about 10 minutes, I walked to the register and neither the cashier or manager addressed me. I finally spoke with the manager where I commended the initially customer service, but lamented the lack of communication and wait for our order. He came off very disconcerned. He basically stated that we should be fine because we received the pizza (1 hour later). He said he refunded the lasagna, but didn’t even provide an updated receipt until I asked. He never even apologized and the cashier just walked away at that moment. Deplorable service from the cashier and manager. If you like lack of communication and accountability, this is the restaurant for you.
