Positive Affirmation
Disgusting!!! We went to get some food. The meat in the street tacos looked almost green and smelled like roadkill. Went back in to give them their food back and get a refund. The big gall inside had an attitude, like how dare you not eat our nasty food and like it. Seriously??? Anyway we gave them everything we ordered back accept for the bite I spit out in a napkin for fear of becoming ill if I swallowed it. They still did not refund my order like they said they would. In this economy I don’t see this place lasting long unless it is a front for some other business. This is a hole in the wall trashcan and eating here is like eating our of a trashcan.

Not sure what’s going on with this franchise but it seems none want to open when they say they are open. I have come to 3 different locations and all were not open on time. I’m guessing the employees don’t want to work or the conditions are not good. Just be open when you say you are.

VERY disappointed!! This is the only location I only ever go to and I always order the same thing! I have no idea what they gave me this time and they even remade the order! I always get the surf & turf burrito with no guac. I asked for it on the side, they hand me the burrito but no guac and confirm that it is in the burrito so they remake it and give I’d back to me still with no guac on the side. Whatever. I get home and start eating it and it has rice and corn in it?! What?! Eww! This burrito doesn’t have rice in it! Also there’s no pico and no cheese. Oh and NO fries!! I’m so mad! This has always been one of my favorite burritos and whatever they gave me today is one of the worst burritos I have ever had. Disgusting! Get it together ladies!

I’m dissatisfied because I asked for a giftcard and the guy said I can’t do it I don’t have the codes only a manager can do it. If you’re a closing employee you should know how to do everything. So that was a $50 sale you missed out on cause I’m not driving all the way back there the next day.
