I LOVE scooters coffee. Unfortunately I have had nothing but bad experiences with the customer service, and or my drinks always being made incorrectly. When I come through the drive thru to order I am asked to repeat my order over and over. So I started ordering through the app thinking this would be easier, this way they can read what I’ve ordered without messing up my drinks. Today for the 5th time my ICED FLAVORED LATTE w/cold foam was made with no flavoring. When I called to complain I was met with a teenage girl who had zero inclination to fix the situation, instead she argued with me implying that I’ve incorrectly ordered my drink. When I order an iced flavored latte and select the flavoring I want, you’d think this would be a pretty simple order to fulfill. Instead she argued with me telling me that on their end the order comes through as the latte having flavored milk, still no offer to fix the situation, continued to argue with me and was extremely rude when I asked to be contacted by either the manager or owner. She even eventually hung up on me. I want to also add that she was extremely rude when I asked her to take back the drinks she tried to hand me that were COVERED and dripping in coffee. I frequent scooters often but if this can’t be fixed and or made to be a better experience I will no longer be a scooters customer.

Awesome! Always. Great customer service and delicious products. Their drinks aren’t overly sweet like others. Some others I cannot drink because how sweet it is. Scooters has their coffee on point. Not to mention their friendly and bubbly team! Happy customer here.
