I’ve been to Sbarros across the nation , and this has to be the worst one by far. Service is poor, food is poorly made (see lack of cheese on 1/3 of the pizza), salad was warm (?), & cashier did not know their own specials (which were in HUGE print right behind him lol). Only positive is that there’s no wait, but it’s pretty obvious why.

I am not a complainer but the pizza i had and customer service there is HORRIBLE!!!! I noticed the pizza place there when I went to Shanghai 360 in the mall. It looked great! I went back the next day to go there. The first cashier was pleasant and nice. She told me my pizza would have a 30 minute wait. I didn’t mind the wait. The wait went from 30 minutes to 5 minutes okay cool!! WRONG!!! The other worker took the pizza from display thats been sitting under the infrared light and called herself heating the pizza in the brick oven. I’m thinking she heating and putting back on display!! She was giving me that pizza!!! Okay at least let it get hot warm nooo that pizza was NOT HOT at all. She gave me that pizza and didn’t even say THANK U!!! The pizza was nasty. That was my FIRST and LAST TIME eating there!!!

Someone new needs to take over. The pizza wasn’t warm at all and it looked like it been there for days. Cheese on the pizza looked strangely and didn’t stretch at all. Stromboli was very spicy and I don’t remember any warning about that. All the food was extremely fatty. Never seen so many fat in food. It was like floating in oil. Seems like they add additional oil even to pepperoni.

As a mall employee, I ordered a whole pie. I was told a certain pizza was 19.99, and would get mall discount. When I got to the register, it became $5 more, so discount was nullified. When I returned 30 minutes later, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Really bad experience, won’t be ordering there again.
