I’ve eaten here probably 100+ times over the course of the past 30+ years. The very first Sbarro’s that I ever ate at when I was a kid was at the old Randhurst Mall in Mt. Prospect. I used to hang out at that mall all the time as a kid but after that mall closed, this is the only local one that I still come across here & there. Such delicious food here! I’ve eaten here by myself many times. On numerous occasions over the years, I’ve also eaten here with various family & friends while we were shopping at the famous Woodfield Mall. And then there were those times when I or we have requested an entire cheese pizza & brought it home & just went completely ballistic on it! The spinach & cheese Stromboli is unreal & the real marinara sauce is out of this world. The meatballs are really good here, too! Thank you for offering such awesome food to myself, my friends & family, and the community since 1984!

Super fresh and good. Employees were very nice. Served me Hawaiian and Buffalo Chicken slices which I have not seen before. The buffalo chicken was great I am saving the other slice for later. Gentleman was helpful and offered me a bag to go. Restaurant was clean and has great photos of NY. As I was leaving the lady asked me if I needed a bag on the way out while she was helping a customer. I wish every restaurant had this level of service.

These people want to charge 2.79 for small bottle of water. The food is already expensive for like 5$ from different sbarro restaurants. Come on people dont be so greedy. Give people small cup of water. Cashiers are not respectful either. Yes there is no Restroom even for their customers because they just to lazy to clean it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here spending your money.

This establishment doesn’t let their paying guests use their restroom. They have a sign on the door that says “out of service”, but the bathroom works. One of the ladies who work there, told a Hispanic woman she could use the bathroom, with her DOG and that it works just turn rhe knob. When I needed to use the restroom she told me I have to use the public restroom on the second floor. My money is good enough, but my skin color isn’t. Then the lady tried to tell me it’s out of service because they don’t have anyone to clean it..?? So your establishment doesn’t clean the restroom and you are a restaurant? That’s unsanitary and disgusting.
