I thought this place wasn’t too bad. I would like to try it again at another time. The food was pretty good and the drinks were actually quite amazing. My fajitas were really salty but the flavor was good which is why I would like to try it again some time. They had a huge variety of food and drinks. The margaritas come frozen or on ice. I cant wait to try those too! The service was good. They do get busy very fast.

Long term customer. Really do not understand what has happened at this location. Sat there 15 minutes waiting to be seated. They were dead only a couple of tables at the time. The waitresses were sitting back in the bar area playing on their phones chatting to each other and ignoring the customers that were in there. After I was seated sat there about 15 minutes someone finally came and took our drink order. Never refilled our drinks again the entire time we were there. Ordered the food sat there almost a hour. They brought us a very watered down cheese dip. Never got any salsa to dip in. They forgot to bring it . Finally the bell started banging very loudly and the robot brought the food out. The waitress said to hold on a minute and went off somewhere else. Finally 10 minutes later she came and got the food off the robot and put semi cold food on the table. Waited another 30 minutes for the check. Food was great but the service here leaves a lot to be desired for. Our waitress was rude and unprofessional. Asked for a manager and she said the manager was not there at the time. I used to love to come here because it was quick and good. I never came here to have a fancy 5 course sit down 3-5 hour meal. I spent almost 2 hours here for what was supposed to be a relatively quick meal and turned into a lengthy disaster. Please do better next time Salsa’s. Train your waitresses better in customer service. How you treat people in customer service affects your business.

Went here because it had great reviews with a nice outdoor area. We brought our dog with us on the patio and it was perfect. I honestly wanted to take their patio chairs with me as they were so fun and comfortable. Our server was very nice. Their margaritas are real tasty but not that strong. The homemade guacamole is a must. It was so fresh and chunky.

My grandma and I stopped here for lunch after church ONLY because Goolsbe’s was lined out the door. We didn’t wanna wait in the line. We went in got a seat right away. Wasn’t that busy. Took the waiter about 5 mins to come to get our drinks. They have a large menu alot to chose from. There were 2 big table with 7 people sitting at them and 1 other small table besides us. He for some reason took all of orders at the same time. My g-ma wasn’t hungry so they let her order from the kids menu. And I ordered from the regular menu. IT TOOK AT LEAST 45 MINS. TO GET OUR FOOD. This is at 12 oclock when it wasn’t busy.. The salsa was ok it was kinda watery. The kids meal the hamburger meat wasn’t drained and she said it was salty. The beans were ok tasted a spoon full of those. Can’t speak to the rice didn’t try it.. On my plate there not even a full scoop of hamburger meat on the tortilla. And it WASNT drained. The vegetables in the burrito had NO-ZERO salt, pepper, any kind of seasoning on it. It was just straight watery veggies cut, cooked a little and wet small amount of hamburger meat. The tortilla wasn’t even warmed. It was cold and like raw tasting. (Which you cant do when it comes straight out the package ) just how it tasted. ♀️ the guacamole was ok. Had to use all the sour cream and guacamole to give the food some taste. It was not good and it was 10.99 the sweet tea that I had tasted like it had barely any sugar in it. We won’t return. It was a very big let down. We came in thinking that it wasn’t busy and we could get quicker food then going to Goolsbe’s. We were very wrong and how could you mess up hamburger meat? We were also wrong about that too.

Worst dining experience ever. Food was good but the service was really disappointing. Ordered one item from the menu, was served something different. Was charged for 4 meals but the 3 of us only ordered 3 meals. Ordered drinks when we sat down, received 2 of the 3 drinks (one had black floaties), and never received the Margarita. This was my 1st experiance at this location and I will say that I will probably stay away from here from now on.
