Came in yesterday with my boyfriend for a nice little dinner. We were served by Barb a very kind woman. We had some spinach artichoke dip, the mamma’s trio, lasagna and were convinced to take some deserts to go. Everything was delicious and we ended having to take a lot of it home with us we were so stuffed. The unlimited lobster bisque was a great add on. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any blood orange tea but that’s just the sign of the time with all these shipments being backed up and postponed. It was a lovely little experience and we will definitely be back.

I came in tonight with my family for my daughters birthday. For one I want to say we had the most amazing experience tonight. Marissa was our server and she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing night. She never stopped running around helping all of her tables and I was just amazed how hard she works. The food was beyond amazing. She recommended the salmon and it was out of this world. I highly recommended coming here for some yummy food and exceptional service. Thanks so much!!!!!!

The food is incredible and has a very authentic taste. I loved the atmosphere but most importantly, the service we received from Marissa was fantastic!! She truly treated us like individuals and not just another table. She was eager to help with any request and she has the most friendly personality. We absolutely loved her!! I thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom ravioli. It had delicious caramelized onions with it. The bread with olive oil was also quite tasty.

Came for dinner at 5pm on a Sunday. The place was basically empty. As we talked to our table I understood why. The floors were sticky, it’s was very warm, the tables were all disheveled, seat ripped.

It turns out the glorious American institution of this eccentric Texas-Italian chain has withstood the test of time, especially at this location, which still has that darklit, comforting moody-garlicky ambiance it had twenty years ago! The cement floors, butcher paper, open kitchen, tableside hand-wheeled cheese-grating contraptions filled with salty hunks of Grana Padano — it’s all still there! And as long as you can create your own pasta while pillowy rosemary peasant loaves tumble steamily from their ovens, there is hope in the world. Request Sarah!

We had a reservation, was seated accordingly . It did not look very busy at all, but as we waited on our drinks…at first I was a little agitated, but I have plenty of patience. Anyway bottom line is…the drinks, appetizer, and entrées …were mouth watering. I absolutely love spinach artichoke dip and. .HANDS DOWN I must say there’s was the BEST I’ve had. The fresh bread that comes with everything plus a small plate of seasoned olive oil…was to die for…I literally barely ate my entrée it was so good. I see they are understaffed and we all know with all the chaos in the world its not unexpected. BUT Yall should definitely check this place out, we had reservations as many places are still doing but I cant complain on the food or service . Tabatha was our waitress and she was SOOOO busy but passed the mark! GOOD job Tabatha and Romano’s Macaroni Grill!

I came in here with my family on Mother’s day. I came in with my family of 10. And we had absolutely amazing service. It took a bit long for the food to come out which was understandable being they were very busy! Our server Samantha was amazing! She was not only attentive and gave great and quick service but she just had a great attitude and had a very warm welcoming. She was all over the place helping everyone not just her own guests. I hope that this girl gets a promotion! I recommend this restaurant ! Everyone there was great also. From the time we walked in. We had to wait and had a reservation and the host made us feel we were going to be taken care of! She worked her butt off!! I don’t know her name otherwise I’d put it in this review0!! Thank you for great time and making my Mother’s day special not only for me but for my family! I’m posting this tonight because I came back in tonight with my wife and realized I wanted to leave a review. Tonight my server was bryce and was just as fantastic!!

Be careful using gift cards they don’t work on the website for orders. The staff was friendly but wore masks that were see through or below their nose. The restaurant seemed clean but we only ordered take out. Had to wait for them to make my food because of website issue.

A huge thanks to Bryce for giving us such a wonderful and memorable first experience here. The food (particularly the butternut tortellacci) was fantastic, but the service was even better, which is so rare to find mid 2022. From the bread, to the drinks, to the meals, to dessert, everything reached our table in record time. The restaurant itself had a nice, classic Italian ambiance. We’ll definitely be back!
