Was in the area & my sister-in-law mentioned this gem. My niece & I totally enjoyed our brunch. I love their pumpernickel bagel & took a few rainbow & plain bagels home. An ice coffee for her and an expresso for me were also very good! The lox platter was delicious! Chloe was very pleasant & attentive. Will definitely swing by whenever I am in a West Chester

The best, the tastiest, and the healthiest breakfast around town. We have gotten accustomed to being disappointed by all the breakfast and brunch joints in downtown West Chester, and we just found our regular weekly brunch/breakfast spot now with Rolling Stars. The omelets and egg Benedict (nova) were delicious and did not feel gross or bloated as we usually do with the other not to be named restaurants on gay/high st.

Had an everything bagel with Lox cream cheese. Excellent bagel, fresh and tasty! Also, had the breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were okay, didn’t measure up to the bagel quality. Great coffee & fresh squeezed orange juice squeezed on premises. Modern atmosphere and great service. Would definitely come again!!!

You can sum this up in 1 word….FANTASTIC! I love egg + bagel and didn’t see it immediately on the menu. The cashier’s trainer quickly answered. She knew her bagel options. Ordered a smoked salmon, egg, & roasted red pepper on an everything bagel with a coffee. When in WC, my normal go to place is usually Country Bagel but this place has them beat by a long shot!

We stopped by the salon next door and decided to have lunch here instead of one of the restaurants downtown West Chester. The place was clean, relatively new and quite pleasant. Most of the staff were young and very friendly. We ordered the Nova Egg Benedict, Turkey with Brie in Ciabatta roll and chocolate bagel with cream cheese. All were well made and presented, and they were great. We also ordered a bag of that wonderful home made bagel chips to-go. Reasonably priced, wonderful staffing, locally owned and bagel freshly baked daily, this is a place definitely for multiple visits.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed, I have a bagel with lox cream cheese (I would have preferred sliced lox, not sure if that was an option, but I’ll ask next time I’m there) the bagel was great, the lox cream cheese was excellent, and the service was fast and friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

On the recommendation of friends, I stopped at Rolling Stars bagel place! I’m from New York originally, and have high Bagel standards. Oh my gosh, I can’t believe I’m still in West Chester?! Everything here looks amazing and Jayden, the owner, is very friendly (even though he was too shy for a photo). Take a peek below at the amazing offerings! They have the biggest bagels I’ve ever seen, except for in Manhattan. They have many different kinds of schmeers (cream cheeses), plus white fish. Even a giant party size bagel! When I arrived home, to enjoy my purchase, I was thrilled. The bagels had a great consistency and taste. Cream cheese was fantastic! I will definitely be back. . . Maybe even tomorrow!

Rolling stars offers a great, quiet ambiance to eat breakfast or meet for coffee. Their bagels are not AS good as a true NY bagel, but then again, nothing compares to a true NYC bagel shop. I got the Refresh omelette and the flavors were good although it had a great amount of mozzarella in it which was surprising! Overall a good experience.
