Social Profile:

We are a cat cafe, one of about 100 in the United States! We are owned and operated by the Vanderburgh Humane Society! As a 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization, the cafe gives us the opportunity to feature homeless, adoptable cats in a unique setting. To support our important cause, our cafe serves a large variety of beverages, including coffee, smoothies, beer and wine. We have the largest selection of macarons in town and always have at least 16 flavors on hand. All proceeds support our mission. So stop by for a treat, a cuddle and since all the cats are available for adoption, maybe meet your new best friend.

My wife and I have been multiple times and love it! It’s always so calming and is a great way to quietly unwind. The coffee is delicious (I suggest the razzleberey mocha) and there is plenty of cute merchandise. You have to pay to see the cats but I feel like that is reasonable since the money goes towards their care. If you’re bringing children please understand that it is a calm, quiet environment and that if the cats get scared they have an area downstairs they can run to to hide so please be patient if there aren’t many upstairs. That being said, I’ve visited at the same time as a family with young children who were there celebrating one of the kids birthdays and they were very well behaved and everyone had a great time!

This was so much fun. It was very clean and the cats were well taken care of. The sign said not to pick the cats up and this one just climbed into my lap and laid on his back. I would have taken him home if I didn’t have 3 dogs. What a wonderful concept.

Such a cute place to spend an afternoon, but beware, the hardest thing I’ve ever done is leave here without a kitty. Hot cocoa tasted delicious and the staff were friendly. Quiet atmosphere ruled by the cats.

Never been to or even heard of a cat cafe’ before, we were visiting from Tennessee so thought we would check it out. Didn’t dine in the cafe’ just went to see play with the kitties. They charge a small admission to visit with the cats, money goes towards the care of them. Online reservations are recommended….Don’t ever go to a cat cafe’ unless you plan on bringing home a new cat ha ha… we brought home this little guy he’s the best kitty

I go to cat cafes in every city I visit and this was one of my favorite ones I’ve ever been to. The coffee shop is great (with cleverly named drinks) but the cat room is even better! It doesn’t smell like cats like some I’ve been to do, and the cats had such a nice little setup, with the ability to escape downstairs away from people if they needed to. The price is also excellent! There’s also a cute little area outside the cat room to eat if you get a snack (only drinks inside the cat room) where you can still see all the kitties! Great place to checkout in downtown Evansville!

Really cute spot! You can order drinks to bring into the cat area. They had a lot of cats and they were very sweet. You can adopt them here too. They have plenty of toys and obstacles and all seem very happy. Loved coming here. You can pay $6 for half an hour or $12 for an hour to play with the cats.
