Our child requested to come here for her birthday. It was a typical rainforest cafe atmosphere. Food was good and our waitress was super engaged and friendly. The only negative would be the service was slow. It took a long time to get our meal, and then dessert. And the restaurant was almost empty, so not sure why the delays.

This place is family friendly, and it makes you feel like you are in a tropical rainforest. From the rain and thunderstorms effect, my kids loved it. The food was amazing, from the appetizers to the main dish. The drinks are amazing as well.

I wanted to give 4 stars instead of 5 because none of the food I’ve tried here in over 15 years has been AMAZING. This is definitely an “ambiance” experience. With that being said, I’ve never been here with a kid who hated it, so for that reason, it gets 5. The food is ok. Very average. I’ve never had a bad server here, either.

Good place to take the kids for lunch or dinner. Be sure to reserve ahead as the wait time is extensive. I went as a walk-in and had to wait for an hour and a half before getting a table. Once we got a table and ordered, it was another prolonged wait for the food. The food was good. However, I do wish they added a little more carb variety with the main but overall, the choices were healthy, tasty, and appealing to the eye with good portion sizes. The total meal was a little on the expensive side. I ended up paying almost $200 for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Went there with my family. Fun place for kids. We got seated near the back with the elephants which was alright. The waitress is what made our experience 100/100! We all got burgers which were good. The sparkling volcano is huge & so delicious! I love that we get to keep the cups at the end!

Came in recently for a birthday dinner with my partner, and we had a FANTASTIC experience! We came all the way from Massachusetts, and this was very much worth the trip! Excellent food (we both had Rainfrest Burgers with Beyond patties and avocado), and I had a sweet drink (Rainbow Colada), finished with a Sparkling Volcano. Our server was very attentive, informative, and charismatic. I will definitely be returning and recommending that others make the trip as well!

Kids loved it, I didnt know a jungle sound so loud lol but the atmosphere was cool. Food could be wayyy better for the price for Adults. We all enjoyed taking pics by the waterfall and animals there.
