The food was lovely and tasted good! Customer service was excellent. The price was reasonable. Less crowded, perhaps due to the off-season at Niagra Falls. Street Parking was available without any issues.

I’ve been wanting to stop here for a while now, and today, we had the chance. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and omg it was delicious The decor is really nice, and it’s way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. I was told everything is all freshly made there and by the taste, it showed. Really good food!!

This place was unique. Food was a little bit expensive for the quality but it was still pretty decent. I would come back here and the chess board was awesome! If it was cheaper this place would have gotten a five star.

Staff was amazing, ordered 2 Manhattan bagels, they were so good, we got 1/2 a dozen to go. Coffee was great as well. Bought a brownie to go, and it was one of the best brownies I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place.

I ordered at 1040 am Saturday. The place was about 30% full. My order was ready at. 11:15 am. They lost my ticket. Just 1 cook and couple of people running orders. They have no hood over the grill, you can see the fog all over the place. $34 for 3 Bagels, a hot cocoa, juice and toast. Flavor was great.

Pleasant, friendly staff; great art and suffragette history displays. Enjoyed watching my Manhattan breakfast bagel prepared fresh, saw the eggs & bacon cook. Delicious! They also serve lunch, desserts, beer and wine.

We had a great time coming here but there were some problems. The first time we came here for breakfast and it was great. The lady was nice and did a great job. The second time though, we came and the lady somehow managed to get every single drink we ordered wrong.

I’m not exactly sure why someone would complain about this place. Place is great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food is great. Small menu but that’s ok because they have perfected all of it. Coffee is super hot and delicious. The Pastrami Melt was recommended and did not disappoint. Shout out to Bill at The Craft Kitchen and Bar for recommending. Hot, delicious and thick cut. Hands down the best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. My wife dropped her sandwich and they immediately made a new one. This is my first time in Niagara Falls and I have been here every single day. Please do not change your company culture, service or menu because your place is AMAZING.

This place was awesome. Everything that we had was homemade. Had tried 2 delicious sandwiches one being the Reuben made with house made corned beef house made sourdough bread and one being the pastrami made with house made pastrami and house made sourdough. Definitely get here early this place is very popular now and the lines are long but it’s well worth the wait. I wish we got there early enough to try the homemade bagels but going to have to try that next time.

We picked up 2 breakfast sandwiches, an iced coffee and an iced latte, $21. The sandwiches were good, not amazing but good! They gave you two eggs per bagel which is a great ratio, I would have hoped for a bit more pastrami. The atmosphere in this place was a 10/10, all about women’s suffrage with an industrial vibe. They had lots of options for lunch! I would stop again, especially to sit on the patio.
