There was no proper greeting when I pulled up at the drive-thru, not even a hello. The cashier didn’t even bother to say thank you. However, the chicken sandwich was very hot, which I like. The fries however seem like they’ve been sitting for hours. I would only recommend this restaurant if you’re so hungry. You can’t wait to get to someplace else.

So it’s my first time ever buying the chicken sandwich and it was the worst experience I have every had at popeyes. First I had to wait in line just for them to tell me to come to the window and I waited again. SO HERE IT IS I ORDERED THE ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH ONLY TO GET A CHICKEN THIGH AND IT WAS SPICY. Drive-thru…chicken & fries tasted like old grease and biscuit had NO butter. I was starving after a long day at two separate emergency vet clinics, so I needed food to help calm my system some. I drove back through to return food & request a refund, but the Latin cashier answered, “We just dropped the tenders” as IF my opinion was incorrect. This food cost $10.52 that I had to pay for food not edible!!!

Went through Drive-thru, bought a tender dinner & both chicken & fries were horrible (maybe old grease), the biscuit had no butter flavor. Pull right back in & waited my turn, told the cashier I wanted a refund & why. Her response was that they had just “dropped” the tenders! No apology or offer of customer service. I paid $10.52! That’s not chicken scratch for fast food lunch!

Don’t listen, don’t care attitude, rudeness, maybe if they worked as much as they talked and lolligagged their food and service skills would be on point…. I’m tired of going to a restaurant where ppl don’t wanna do their job and then they have attitudes bc they have to work there!! Get a new job or up your skills then!!!! Don’t take it out on the customer!!! I’m over it!!!

Ordered lunch for my employees through Grub Hub. One of the sweet teas was leaking. They only delivered 11 of the 12 meals I ordered. I tried to call them after the delivery, but their is no one answering the phones. Very poor.
