Great food, great service and great experience. Menu not too big or too small with a great assortment of starters, mains and desserts. An awesome selection of Margaritas to get you going. Portions are great, prices reasonable for the area.

Let me jump right into this review. Upon walking in, the greeter was very curt with us and led us to our table really fast. Yes, it was lunchtime, but the restaurant wasn’t really that busy. She was also our waitress, and we felt rushed to get our order in. Definitely not friendly or welcoming. The margarita was served in a beer mug. Margarita in a beer mug??? The flavor of it was ok because how can you mess up a margarita mix.

This restaurant is very well run. They have five people at the host stand to greet people. The service is very efficient and friendly. The place is clean and decorated appropriately. It is a Mexican restaurant so the menu has a variety of preparations for the same handful of ingredients. The chips and salsa were on the bland side but the food was hot and fresh.

A definate must visit for lunch or dinner. If you live close or not and have not been to Poblanos, you’re missing out on a great authentic Mexican food and atmosphere. Food always comes to the table quickly.

We visited this place for the first time. The experience was excellent, it is a good place to go with the whole family, the atmosphere was pleasant, the music had an ideal volume, the food was very tasty and our hostess was Esmeralda, super friendly, cordial and attentive. We are looking forward to coming back.

Margaritas and Pico are really good! The other stuff we ordered was really dry and not even hot. I had to take a sip of my drink because I couldn’t swallow the food. Friendly staff. Not sure why this place is so busy all the time. Maybe the margaritas?

We ordered the fajitas and table side guacamole. The quacamole was Not done table side but we charged the additional $5 as if done that way and then still more than the menu says. There was barely any meat for the fajitas it was diced meat you actually had to find I wish I had taken a photo. You would be shocked. When we questioned the bill the server stated yes she knows the prices are higher, the manager hasn’t gotten new menus yet. We paid and tipped the 20%.. just shady practice. We won’t return. the food wasn’t even good. Might be new management.
