I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and it was not cooked completely the stuffed crust was still cold, I also ordered cheese sticks, and I didn’t get my marinara sauce for the dipping which when I ordered online said it came with 1 sauce. Not happy, will not be coming back.

I’m a truck driver. I tried to place an order for delivery and was told they don’t go 9 miles away from their store even when I offered a $20 tip. I’m assuming who ever answered the phone didn’t ask the drivers if they wanted to take the order. I had to disconnect from my trailer and bobtail to pick up my order. I was at casper ice cream btw.

On 12-3 I made a delivery order from the Smithfield, Utah location. I made the order at 3:00 and marked that I wanted it delivered at 5:45. I received a text at 5:30 that the pizza had left the store. The pizza arrived at 6:05. That means the pizza was on the road for 35 minutes. I live one mile from the store. I ordered online hours in advance hoping the delivery would be more efficient and that the food would arrive on time–ordering in advance should make it possible to compensate for unanticipated rushes.

Soooooo frustrating! I ordered here a year ago and my food took almost 2 hours. Was hoping that they were just having an off day. I ordered again tonight. Got a text that it was out for delivery 45 minutes ago. I love about 4 miles from the store if that! I called and was immediately told at 7 p.m. that they would not be delivering any orders if I wanted an order I would have to come get it. I told her I had already ordered delivery and wanted to know where it was? She didn’t know but said to wait. It should show up. Thanks! I will stick to dominos! Hot and fast every single time!
