I love Pizza Hut. I called in my order as they were opening. They told me 20 min and I could pick it up. When I go there I was told it was set for 30 min but they cooked it immediately. When I was checking out, the attendant dropped the box face down. He looked inside and said “do you want another one?” Fair enough, I should have asked to see it. He was the only one looking. I took it home (no discount). He asked me though. It was a mess. Folded over on itself, dough separated from sauce and cheese. I was shocked he let it leave the store. But we ate it, it was tasty and all is good. Will look next time before making a call

Against our better judgement we gave this location a chance since our pizza place was moving locations. First the pizza delivery lady came to the back of the house when we even provided instructions to go to the front of the house. She told us she couldn’t find the front of the house….well it’s on the other side. Then she didn’t bring all the order so my wife has called this location 10 times and no answer. Different location same results!

From the employees parking askew in an already tough parking area to the horrible customer service. This place although new stinks, my experience had numerous people waiting inside for our orders while the only front desk associate laughed and carried on conversation at the register phone. I could see my order that I had been told would be ready in 4 minutes, 20 plus minutes later and it was locked in a heating cabinet behind the front desk associate. The conversation they were having went on and on while I stared at my unavailable food. Finally I had to interrupt their call to get them to hand me my order. It was ridiculous and they’ve lost our business.
