I’ve loved going here since it opened, but my experience today was the best by far. We came in and there was only one employee. She was super sweet and friendly, and prepared our orders quickly. She was so amazing to be working by herself.

We always stop here on our way through Alabama and it never disappoints! The food is delicious and the service is always friendly. Don’t be deceived by the fact that it’s attached to a gas station; this isn’t gas station food! There was a line when we got there and Rhonda worked hard to get everyone their food and was very sweet and attentive to make sure everything was good and we had what we needed. Always worth the wait! Highly recommend!

We stopped in on our way through Alabama based on reviews. They were about to close but the lady behind the counter was super sweet and took our order. She was so pleasant and the food (shawarma pita and Greek fries) was amazing! The menu is extensive! It is definitely worth the stop!

We specifically went out of our way to eat there today (around 2:00-2:30) as our first time there, the service was great and the food was good. Today, however, was a totally different experience. The lady at the counter was not pleasant. We began ordering but after she continued to have an attitude and had rolled her eyes again I asked her if we were an inconvenience being there to which she replied with a stare down and simply told us it would be fine if we went somewhere else. There weren’t any other customers and I greeted her kindly when we walked in. Praying that her day got better.

Rhonda gave us great food and even better company! She informed us about menu availablility before we ordered. Very attentive to my dietary restrictions and gave me options. She served us at the table and even took our platters after we were done. Took the time to talk to us while we ate. Give her a raise! And give her some more workers, please!

Not sure if they share a space with a burger/hot dog gig but there’s 2 different menus up. To be clear – they don’t serve burgers or hot dogs (which is perfectly fine but we had kids asking for those once they saw them). The food was decent but portions were small, specifically the meat, sort of comical how little there was. We have authentic Greek where we live – this isn’t it but didn’t taste bad. It cost $70 for the 5 of us, including drinks and a kid’s meal – not horrible but not great either considering what you get. The lady taking our order acted put out, might’ve just had a bad day. On the bright side the pecan store next door was very cute with good ice cream and candy. Would I stop again? Only to go to the pecan place.

Food was great! Meat was tender and well seasoned. Vegetables were very fresh and satisfying. Great flavors. Much better than eating at the truck stop! Drop your trailer and bobtail over for something extra fresh and special.

The food is phenomenal, I had a classic chicken gyro and it was the best gyro I’ve ever had. The fries are also seasoned really well and taste amazing. Definitely come by if you’ve never been, it’ll make you feel great.

I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars overall. I was excited to be able to get something besides the usual fast food fare on a road trip, but in the end most of the food went in the trash.

Food was fantastic, service was fast, and the dining area was very clean and comfortable. Honestly one of the best chicken gyros I’ve ever had, and the fries were amazing. This just became one of my go-to places to eat in Clanton.
