Me and my bf were in for his work and when he got back we wanted Pizza so we went here, looking forward to the customized pizzas. We entered and the place only had 3 customers in line and the place wasn’t busy. 2 employees were behind the counter and when it was our turn, this lady was EXTREMELY rude. She rudely asked my bf what he wanted and if “is that it?” And I was right next to him and was very much not acknowledged until my bf mentioned I also wanted one. Not even the worst part it just gets worse. She was rushing us by asking rudely if there was anything else and laughed at my bf for ASKING A QUESTION about sauces. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. When my bf was paying and didn’t tip her cuz of her rude service, she went back to get the ranch cup he ordered and my bf heard her say “stupid @ss kid”. I’m sorry but that’s very unacceptable and I will not go back. It was supposed to be a day for a chill after lunch meal not from being attacked. Not gonna mention names.

Went in on a Saturday evening, place pretty much empty. Stood in line for 25 mins, only 1 couple ahead of me in the line. 2 employees were working on couple of online orders, so slow!! After 25 mins, they didn’t even take my order. i got frustrated and walked out.

What the heck happened…the quality/consistency is gone! Things have definitely changed in my last few visits. Staff doesn’t seem to care what they serve…burnt on one side, raw on the other, no training!….so sorry this eatery has gone down hill fast.

I was a really good customer, I use to come every weekend until today 1/15/2023. I order 3 pizzas to dine-in. On one of my pizzas there was a long black hair of one of the girls that made the pizza. The place is very dirty and they do not have a good customer service, when I told them there was a hair one of them didn’t believe me, she thought it was mine but my hair is purple. I told her I didn’t want the pizzas anymore, and wanted a refund, they didn’t want to do it, but had no choice. The restrooms were already close when we got there and it was 7:20pm when the restaurant closes at 11pm. I do not recommend this place.

The dining room was closed, but we were able to eat outside, so that’s a plus. The workers were very friendly and put a ton of toppings on the pizzas, so I can’t complain about that 😉 I do think that they are the best of the “fast fire” pizza places.

This review is almost 6 years in the making. I moved to Morgan Hill in October of 2018 and have been going to this establishment pretty much since I arrived. I’ve had Blaze Pizza, Mod Pizza, and Pieology (I moved up from Orange County so I’ve had pretty much the big names when it comes to made-to-order pizza). I want to make it clear that I have no ill intentions towards this location; however, I feel it is my duty to inform others of my bad service I’ve received here. My first 4 years, I loved this place. Staff was nice, food was great, no issues. In 2020 I made an order and came to find that the store was closed and I could not receive my order. On Oct 24, 2020, I received an email from Jose from Pieology apologizing for the mishap and promising 4 coupons for free pizzas. I provided my mailing address as he requested; never received the coupons. Fast forward to August 2021. I ordered two pizzas, both vegan, both thick crust. Alejandro took my order over the phone (they seem to often have issues with their online ordering system). When I came home I noticed one of them wasn’t thick crusted and made a note to message Pieology the following day as it was late. The following day I messaged Jose and told him a) I never received the coupons and b) that the pizza I ordered was wrong because it didn’t have a thick crust. He apologized and said he would send out the coupons, but didn’t acknowledge the pizza’s lack of thickness. It wasn’t until later in the day that I realized, after eating maybe 1/3 of one of the pizza, that the non-thick pizza actually had real sausage and real cheese (I am vegan). I was horrified. I left a message on the Pieology website this time instead of emailing Jose. I went to the store and showed the pizza and the person who helped me just looked at me and said “what do you want me to do about it, you ate most of it.” I didn’t know it wasn’t vegan until the next day when I reheated it and it was obviously real cheese and sausage! He wasn’t very nice about the ordeal and made me feel like I was trying to pull one on the store….He eventually told me he can give me a free pizza but I had to wait..after waiting 15-20 minutes he told me to write down his name and next time I ordered to give my name and they would make me a free pizza. Look, the point of the matter is, when a mistake is made like this, you need to be more empathetic. Customer service is almost everything. This worker unfortunately was lacking it. Also, imagine if you fed pork accidentally to someone who doesn’t eat pork; it’s the same kind of feeling. I did not enjoy eating pork sausage and real cheese. Long story short, no coupons, I did get my free pizza, but since then I’ve only ordered one pizza from them and double checked to make sure the ingredients were right. Mod Pizza is friendlier and so far they’ve missed one of my ingredients on a pizza, but that’s not a big deal. At least they didn’t feed me real animals.

Food was great. Service was great as well. Ingredients were fresh. One of the workers went out of their way to make a happy face pizza for my son.

Like other Pieology locations, the food is solid. However, the service deserves a special call-out here. Polite, courteous, responsive, and quick. These folks were on it.

Bought 5 pizzas Labor day evening. The manager abandoned the only other worker while a large crowd came through. While trying to do everything, this one worked burned the bottom of one of the pizzas I ordered. When asking for some simple compensation for the burned pizza the manager said we had already eaten some of it so they won’t do anything to make it up. Yeah. We only realized it was burnt after we ate some of it. Good job demeaning a customer, Morgan Hill Pieology manager, and guess you missed class when learning the #1 way to loose a customer and any future business.
