Average food, not wow, but not terrible, okay on the go and something quick.

Amazing staff and delicious food! And everything made fresh and sizzling hot from off the stove. Will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

I was short on time, and had stopped in next door, but there was no way I was going to finish on time there, so I popped in here. I was too late for the lunch combo, so I ordered a kids meal. The woman at the counter was very nice and professional. The restaurant was spotless-clean. As was the restroom. I haven’t had opportunity to eat at Pick Up Stix in a while. I’m very happy I chose to eat here instead of driving somewhere else. It was fresh and delicious.

Completely messed up order. I asked about kungpao shrimp and they give me shrimp with veggies. Instead of wonton soup they gave me fried wonton. Just noodles was right. Same time a little bit pricey for such a small portions.

NOT FAST at all! I arrived around 6pm and it didn’t appear busy. waited about 10 minutes in an empty line before anyone acknowledged me to take my order. Then it took 30 minutes to prepare, one entree. ONE ENTREE, 30 MINUTES. Most sit down restaurants are faster than this, I suspect the problem is they take many orders by phone to go, several orders went out while I was waiting. I give 2 stars because my food was made fresh, and tasted good, but im not returning, it I wanted a restaurant experience id go someplace and sit down if you really want their food, I recommend calling in your order!

Perfect customer service and even better food! Different from Panda Express and you can customize your order to perfection unlike Panda Express. My favorite is the house chicken and the house chow mein, but the appetizers are also delicious!

The food is delicious but every single time we order from here there is a problem with our order. Don’t order online pickup from this location unless you want to wait 30 minutes longer than the time you receive your order is ready message. If you order by phone make sure to check your bag because there is always something missing.

Usually amazing, but tonight I was sadly disappointed….. the crispy honey chicken was very dry, no sauce at all, and the house special chicken had hardly any big pieces of chicken but rather lots of little crumbly stuff and a bit overcooked….never had it like this.

When PS first opened it was great it actually had Asians preparing Chinese food, now it is prepared Hispanically. The interesting thing is that the food all tastes exactly the same wherever you get it or who ever prepares it, just like a bowl of Ramen! PS was bought out by a big corporation several years ago, since then they 1- upped their prices, 2- reduced the portion sizes, 3- stopped sending promotions to loyal customers and 4- decided that Customer Service went from the Customer to them along with the Customer’s money. I used to go there 3 times a week, every week. We laughed about needing a PS fix. Now I don’t go there at all. Try Shanghai Pine Gardens on Balboa Island. Bigger portions, lower prices and traditional Chinese food.
