their Hu Tieu is legit. no complaints on the quality. given the covid times, they wear masks and line the tables with disposable covers. everything is clean and food is delish. it’s a solid 4 for me

Hu tieu is good and large portion. I counted 4 quail eggs in the noodle and the pork ribs was meaty and tender. The chicken rice was meh, definitely not a good reference for Hainam style
