We ordered food from them from DoorDash because we used to love Pei Wei for many years but the food has completely got downhill. We had a few bites and we couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away. I would NEVER go back here.

I don’t know what happened here, but I used to love coming here. Food used to be amazing! I understand being short staffed, but they shouldn’t short the quality of food and amount. They raised the prices and decreased the amount of food you get. $15 for a few pieces of meat/veggies. Unreal. Waited almost 30 minutes for this. I even asked a staff member about this and showed him the bowl and he said this is all you get. Pains me to leave a bad review. If there’s new ownership, or if this is Corp owned, I hope you use the feedback to improve your business practices and operations. I’ll take the review down after.

Nice staff however food did not appear fresh and I drove all the way home to discover my order was wrong. I received two completely different items than what I purchased (and verified on the receipt) and didn’t receive 1 item at all. I was turned off by the quality and couldn’t bare to eat it. Wasted money.
