If they want all ordering automated through their website or app, they need to have at least marginally accurate delivery time estimates. As it stands they always tell you the same default time until you call them and learn that wait times are > 2 hrs.

This is the worst papa johns ive ever done business with. Ive had many issues with this papa johns but this is the last straw. I ordered a pizza at 12:15am on a Friday night and its 1:46 am right now and im still waiting on this pizza. No matter what, it shouldnt take an hour and a half to make and deliver a pizza that is 8 minutes away from where i live to drive there. We paid and waited, when we looked at the pizza before leaving we found that not 1 but both of our pizzas had the toppings thrown in the middle of the pizza. Who eats or makes pizza that way ?? Ordered one of the newly advertised New York crust pizzas. Young man greeted me as soon as I walked in but none of the employees were wearing a mask. Not sure what the store policy is. After waiting for a few minutes, I was handed two pizza boxes instead of one. When I told him I didn’t order two pizzas, he explained they didn’t have a box large enough to put the entire pizza in so they cut the pizza in half. Opened the box and 4 were slices were slightly larger than normal; the other four slices were almost like a small- size slice. They all could have fit in one box. I paid for four toppings(pepperoni, sausage, spicy sausage and beef.) There were one and a half pieces of small pepperoni on each slice and then a cluster of sausage pieces on the other end of the slice. No toppings hardly at all. For $22??!! I am giving it 2 stars for the nice young man who helped me and zero stars for the pizza. Can’t say how it tasted because we each were only able to take one bite….where the pepperoni was!

Ordered at 6:29pm. 7:15 called, got a recording that said pizza is baking estimated delivery is 7:22. That’s not even possible – I live 10 minutes from the store. Can’t talk to a person – system disconnects you. I normally do Dominos – decided to try Papa John. Never again – worst experience ever.
