Ordered one of the newly advertised New York crust pizzas. Young man greeted me as soon as I walked in but none of the employees were wearing a mask. Not sure what the store policy is. After waiting for a few minutes, I was handed two pizza boxes instead of one. When I told him I didn’t order two pizzas, he explained they didn’t have a box large enough to put the entire pizza in so they cut the pizza in half. Opened the box and 4 were slices were slightly larger than normal; the other four slices were almost like a small- size slice. They all could have fit in one box. I paid for four toppings(pepperoni, sausage, spicy sausage and beef.) There were one and a half pieces of small pepperoni on each slice and then a cluster of sausage pieces on the other end of the slice. No toppings hardly at all. For $22??!! I am giving it 2 stars for the nice young man who helped me and zero stars for the pizza. Can’t say how it tasted because we each were only able to take one bite….where the pepperoni was!

This is the worst papa johns ive ever done business with. Ive had many issues with this papa johns but this is the last straw. I ordered a pizza at 12:15am on a Friday night and its 1:46 am right now and im still waiting on this pizza. No matter what, it shouldnt take an hour and a half to make and deliver a pizza that is 8 minutes away from where i live to drive there. I’m leaving papa johns alone, ill just take my business somewhere else.

We walked in and ordered our pizza they said it be about 15 minutes. We paid and waited, when we looked at the pizza before leaving we found that not 1 but both of our pizzas had the toppings thrown in the middle of the pizza. Who eats or makes pizza that way ?? Tonight I decided to order some spicy Buffalo chicken wings bone in. I was looking forward to them because this was my dinner for tonight. It said my order would take 48 to 58 minutes. I waited patiently on my order. I continued to wait for more than an hour. As time kept passing, I wondered what was going on with it. Finally I received a call from driver saying my food was on my porch and that she had attempted to knock and ring doorbell, which was untrue because I have no door bell and I was near the door and there was never a knock. I opened the front door and saw my box and bag laying on my chair on porch. As I picked up my box, there was no warmth or heat whatsoever. I brought food in the house and opened up my box, only to find 8 cold and hard boneless chicken chunks unsauced. I couldn’t believe it…I had waited all this time and paid 15 dollars for cold food and incorrect product. I then called the driver back and told her my food was cold and order was wrong. She said to me: We’ll sorry. That’s what they gave me and there’s nothing I can do. I’m off and we are closed. I couldn’t believe this experience and how much it spoiled my dinner. I was very disappointed in Papa Johns as company. This is not the first time I have had issues with this restaurant. I just tried to give them another chance. But this is it for me, no more papa johns for me! Im good and not interested in cold food and not receiving what I actually ordered! Worst experience ever. By the way, this was papa johns in Durham NC on Broad St. Tomorrow in the morning I will be calling to speak with Daniel the manager or whoever is mod tomorrow. I want a full refund.!It was so unacceptable. This has truly shaped my experience at papa Johns and I had been previously ordering from them frequently. No more though. Everyone has different experiences when it comes to restaurant performance, so no matter who is reading this, experience is the best teacher.

Waited for 3 hours for a order that never showed up. This is the 3rd time this happened. The employees are repeatedly voiding the orders after they come in. Don’t use this location, you’ll lose money and go hungry. Use Pie Pushers instead. They show up everytime.

My daughter ordered a large pizza and some garlic knots. Delivery driver left the item outside in the stairs without letting us know, that the pizza was arrived. When I arrived home 15 minutes later, pizza was still warm, but he shouldn’t have it left there without knocking the door bell.
