Going to Panera Bread was an enjoyable experience. The reason I only gave four stars was because of the slow service. For a place like Panera Bread, you gotta up it a little bit, especially when it wasn’t that crowded. The restaurant itself is very beautiful inside, with paintings and plenty of tables on booths for the customer. Finally, the food was so good. I got the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich, and it was so good. It was definitely better than the chicken sandwich at McDonald’s and KFC. The agave lemonade paired perfect with the chicken sandwich. I would definitely go back here and get the same meal. So good.

This is a nice Panera Bread. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. I love their Smokehouse BBQ Sandwich $9.49 and I love that it comes with chips. They offer many specials and promo codes for saving money with easy online ordering and fast pickup. A nice place to grab lunch and hang out.

This particular location was a nice place but it is totally outdated. For some reason… maybe because of the good food and reasonable prices… It seems that it became almost a nursing home. His audience is mostly senior citizens, and also people in their 60+ working hours and hours on their computers. Everyone already knows each other there, it’s like a small community of neighbors, mostly senior citizens. It needs a makeover, music and nicer people who don’t just tell you to order on the tablets, because they don’t always work well and many of us still prefer to place our orders with a human being. That is modern but very restrictive.

I’ve been going to Panera Bread for years. I did another review on this Panera Bread location back in Nov. 2019 and they’re still messing things up. The item I ordered yesterday is something I’ve ordered many times, the Turkey/Avocado sandwich and I know how it’s supposed to taste. At the Pasadena, CA location, they gave me my sandwich and with my first bite I realized it wasn’t made right. It had no mayonnaise and basically no avocado (picture attached). I was told they had new staff. That’s fine but train them properly before having them make the sandwich. I asked that the staff be shown the sandwich and talked to so that they could do it right the next time but the staff I talked to never talked to the sandwich makers and so they continued to make sandwiches wrong.
