This place is very unwelcoming and serving staff are clearly not trained in hospitality. The body language and slow moving says it all “I am just here wasting time on the clock”. I asked a questioned and stated what I wanted. It was obvious the server was not listening once I asked why she had placed certain items on my plate. (I suggest management go back and watch the video. Maybe I missed something) Then the server, who already had shut down, completely quits on my order. No explaination. There was a new server who picked up the plate to continue. At this point, I was confused. Then at the register I had to pay an addition fee?? On top of it all, there was a woman who walked in and started begging for money. Even had her children individually panhandling folks. This even after their meal was bought for them. This is another place which needs to just shut down. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of its hiring practices. The negative reviews here on Google are dead on. The positive reviews are no way legit.

The teriyaki chicken could’ve been cooked a little longer. Customer service was excellent, there was no wait, and it was clean. Thank you

We drove into DC today for to visit the downtown monuments and museums. On our way out of the city we picked up dinner at Panda Express. The restaurant was clean but there was a long line/long wait. There seemed to be a lot of online orders and the staff was trying to help the line and prepare the other orders for pick up. The line didn’t move quickly which was disappointing but the food was good. The rice was fresh and the noodles were as well. All of the food was tasty and what you would expect from Panda Express.

Rude, unprepared, and Unacknowledged. The employees and managers act like they don’t care about anything there. I didn’t even get food due to how rude they were. I don’t want to give them any stars actually.

This location is right up the street from my home. I am a proud Ivy City NE resident. It saddens me because how good the food is, unless you catch the African women that is a server your portions wont be correct and the service will lax. I really enjoy that one employee every time I visit mid day. At night the management and staff is ready to go as soon as the sun sets from being a customer and a vendor I’ve noticed rushed service. They close at 9:30 they are breaking down and cleaning stoves at 8:50. I believe If you have pounds of rice left the proteins should be available to accommodate the closing dinner rush. Running out of food shouldn’t be an applicable excuse to not service customers. When is the store going to be accountable for the mistreatment to customers. We pay good money for this restaurant to be here and should be able to get the same experience from opening to closing. If quick way or Jersey Mikes can do it why can’t panda express.

Don’t know what has happened, but this particular location in NE has gone down considerably. Service and portions are horrible/skimpy, compared to standard Panda portions; lack of staff (front and back). It appears they’re very close to going out of business. Extremely poor management vibes as soon as you enter this establishment. What a shame, as Panda Express is a a very popular chain; meani g it would take great effort to run a Panda Express restaurant Into the ground. Apparently they’re succeeding in doing just that. SMH.

Stopped in to get husband something to eat. He wanted the 2 entrée plate, orange chicken walnut shrimp half rice half chow mein. The lady on gave a half of spoon of each entrée. When asked for more she only offered us a small entrée for extra $5.40. She was still stingy. I already had bad taste because of previous experiences but this was the cherry on top.

This location is the closest to my house and so I am always rooting for it but unfortunately lately the service hasn’t been great. So although the location closes at 930pm they stop cooking food way before so that by 830pm there is nothing left. I mean I get it, when it’s close to closing some things are running out and not worth cooking a whole new batch but it’s like they refuse to give you good service because they are “over it” and ready to go home…they get paid their full salary until 930pm so the customer expect good service till the second they close, and that includes having almost everything on the menu. When I visited today there was a long line and they had like 4 items in the menu….. things didn’t look fresh I’ll give it another shot and I hope they can terms themselves.

This Panda Express is pretty straight forward. Lines aren’t too bad although at 6pm on a weekday, you might be #6. This location does suffer from the proximity with the only Costco in DC. Parking isn’t too bad but the drive in might be slow.
