I am a die hard PJs pizza fan. It’s the perfect middle point between thin and thick crust pizza; it’s perfectly cheesy and not all oil like a lot of others. But more than that their sandwiches are bomb. The deluxe Philly cheese steak with garlic and a lil 3xtra cheese is my favorite cheat meal!

I’ve been a PJ’s customer for over 20 years. I love their white pizza with tomatoes and broccoli, olive oil and garlic. You should try it, if you haven’t by now. I’ve been avoiding pizza for the past few years because of gluten sensitivity, and recently, when my family ordered pizza for dinner, I opted for a chicken salad. Thinking that it will be bland, but whatever. To my greatest surprise, PJ’s did a wonderful job with using a variety of greens, not just romaine or just iceberg lettuce, and the chicken was so flavorful and well cooked. Thank you PJ’s! You have a lifelong customer here. Keep up the great work!

PJ’s Grill is located on Easton Avenue in the epicenter of the Rutgers night-life. Sitting between College Avenue Campus and a large population of off-campus housing, this pizzeria is one of the most popular in the Rutgers are. I’ve had many friends express their opinions to me that PJ’s Grill is among the best pizza in New Brunswick. There is more room for seating than most pizzerias in the area and there is usually a large selection to choose from when deciding on a slice to eat. While the establishment lacks in parking, there is some available on Easton Avenue and the nearby streets, though most of the customers are within walking distance to their house.

I love PJ’s!!! Fave plain slice around. Tried their pork schnitzel sandwich with the arugula and lemon caper sauce tonight and it was delicious. I don’t even really love lemon caper, but it’s a balanced sandwich with flavors that work together. Highly recommend! Or start with a plain slice and go from there 🙂
