If you are not watching your weight and the calories and enjoy VERY good food, this is the place. Everything and I mean everything on their menu is insanely good. I live in Sherman Oaks and I drive all the way to Inglewood to dune here. Wish there was a Y&O near me.

Six medium/large shrimp in a foot-long sandwich. 3 per half. WHERE is the shrimp for $18? In New Orleans you have to eat your way through shrimp to get to the sandwich. In LA you get ripped off. Anywhere really, for a shrimp po’ boy. Better to wait till you get back to NOLA.

I was unhappy with the quality of my food. I ordered a Po’ Boy grilled shrimp salad and the lettuce was withered and there was hardly any shrimp in the sandwich. One half of the sandwich had two small shrimp and the other half had 4. I was very disappointed, I have been going to Orleans N York since they opened. The sandwich is $24 after taxes and they gave me a bread full of salad.

I had the chicken fingers po’ boy…. Very delish. The restaurant was very clean. They have bar seats, which I usually do not like because I’m short, but I was able to get on them without any issue. My son had the Dirty Po’ boy and my daughter, the deep fried salmon…

Wow! Fresh, hot, and quick! This place has it all, friendly and patient customer service to compliment the extraordinary menu. As an LA native who’s yet to experience New Orleans cuisine, I can imagine this is close to it. I tried the gumbo and a shrimp PO’ Boy sandwich today, I’m amazed by much. The food is filled with flavor. The pictures don’t serve justice to everything great about this establishment. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

The food was great. I’ve eaten here before. But when I ordered a a catfish these folks me a salmon poboy (and never knew of such a thing)! Then when we called to sort it out, all we got was a “I’m sorry”…a very weak one that was followed by silence. A disappointing moment that I won’t forget. That’s why I get my food normally from Earl’s grill.
