Since the ownership has changed, the prices have gone up and the quality has hone gone down. I ordered a pizza and three heros on Sunday at 4:30 PM. They told me it would be ready in 20 – 30 minutes. I got to Michelangelo’s at 5:00PM. They only had a kid and two adults making pizzas and serving the customers. They way way behind with the pizza. After waiting till 5:30PM one hour after ordering my pizza and heros it was still not ready. At 5:45PM i finally got my food. I got it home the pizza was cold the heros were cold and very poor taste. From being one of the best pizzeria’s in the Eastport Manorville area, they are now one of the rest. I will now to Brick oven pizza in Riverhead who has great pizza.

Planned our Christmas Eve dinner a month ago, ordering very much in advance. Checking on it twice including the day before about the time we were going to be picking it up. They tell me yes 5:30 it will be ready. I get there after church at exactly 5:30 and with a kid laughing behind the counter saying they’re an hour plus behind schedule. Thinking it was a joke I asked if he was serious and the other 16 people waiting they were all like he’s very serious. Most of the people in there were waiting from before 430 for their 430 pickup. Where I was taking this food wasn’t around the corner, it was 30 minutes away and waiting an hour plus just wasn’t an option. There was a house full of people hungry from waiting to eat all day and we just couldn’t wait an additional 2 hours. I had to leave and then my father was willing to go back and get it if they put the food in the oven but when we called at 6 they said it didn’t even go in the oven yet so we asked them to cancel. It was trays of chicken parm, eggplant parm, penne alavodka, meatballs and ceaser salad. They ended up calling 20 minutes later saying it was ready for pick up. How did they cook all that in 20 minutes, and I already cancelled and ordered from somewhere else.We ended up ordering chinese from Rocky Point which wasn’t bad just totally not what we expected for our night.Time management is everything.
