We both got catfish strips and chips. Breading was so salty, neither of us could eat it. I love catfish and I love salt, but I could not eat it. We both tried 2 strips to make sure it was them and not us. Neither of us could finish either strip. Fries were over seasoned. Hush puppies were good. My lemonade was do sickening sweet it was undrinkable. $22+ straight into the trashcan. Would have returned the food and asked for a refund, but didn’t want to do that to the owner/operator. Owner was nice, so gave service 5 stars. Atmosphere got 3 stars, outdoor dining only. Food would have gotten minus stars. Hopefully other items on the menu are better.

The fry on the fish and fries was great. It was still crispy when I got it home. The flavor left me unsatisfied. It was too salty and the fries h and d a sweetness to them. To much sugar & salt used in dishes. Not enough season. Do not get the Salmon cake. Fried in old grease and taste like can. Definitely fast food Seafood. Reasonable prices.

Whiting fish platter is slamming! Looks like a trailer like business and serve seafood/platters to go. Very reasonably priced, but call in orders only. But the food is outstanding.

The best crab and salmon cakes I’ve tasted so far! They were seasoned to perfection, crunchy on the outside and filled with fresh crab and salmon meat! The prices were amazing and the customer service was on point. This was my first visit as I am from the west coast, but if my daughter attends HU, then it will most definitely not be my last!

Absolutely amazing. I’m from NY and live for City Island, I was told by a local this place would rival even Tony’s pier. He wasn’t lying! From the moment I walked in I felt at home. Ella’s spunk and hospitality adds a special flavor to the ambience. The food is absolutely AMAZING. Just the right portion and seasoning. PERFECT.

I got the crab cake and scallops dinner. The crab cake was pretty good, fried a little harder than I would have liked the scallops were huge and tasted amazing. When I go back I plan on asking for an extra side of hush puppies they were soo good. I liked the seasoned fried as well my only thought was I wished they were fried in a different oil than the fish since the taste transfers a bit. All in all I’m really glad I stopped here randomly.
