The server, Randi, was excellent. She checked on us often and was very polite. The food was very good. My steak was so tender, which is a hard task to get a well-done steak tender, but they did it. My sister and her husband said that the salmon and catfish that they ordered were very good as well. Thank you, O’Charleys, for a delicious meal and excellent service.

Don’t get the cod or coleslaw unless you like it sour. The mushroom and swiss burger looked amazing but the burger itself lacked in flavor because it didn’t have any seasoning at all. The teriyaki salmon bowl was delicious and can never go wrong with chicken tenders. Service was great and it was very clean and nice atmosphere.

Don’t buy a gift card here. They took more off my gift card then authorized in a visit and I was $3 shorter on the next visit than my receipt balance said. Potato skin appetizer smelled like rotten potatoes and I couldn’t eat them. Service was very slow. The staff was no different then street hustlers in that area. They are going downhill and near closing this location too and easy to see why. I’ll never eat there again!!

Chicken pineapple bowl was good! Was in somewhat of a rush and came in with our group and we got our food in plenty of time. It was fresh & yummy! I only gave the food 4 stars because I feel like it was mostly rice and would have liked more chicken.

First the hostess sat us at a booth the did not have room to sit in. Then my order came out with the ribs so cold ❄️ it seemed they came out of the fridge. They offered a redo on the order but I didn’t want to wait on the cold food to came back. My husband we very hungry so he ate.

I have a 2 bc I am feeling generous. The service was horrible. I watched 5 different people walk out bc no one was there to greet them after they waited minutes. The bread was hard and they gave us a teaspoon of butter with 4 rolls . We ordered the lunch special and asked for cobblers for $1.99. We placed our order around 2:10. We were almost done eating when she told us she couldn’t get our cobbler on the lunch special bc she didn’t ring it in before 3. Why didn’t she place it with our order since it is a special. The potato soup was sweet and the overall experience was horrible. I will not be coming back anytime soon and my lunch date won’t either

Will never eat there again. It doesnt even deserve one star. Bugs was not on the menu, yet I found a bug in my salad. Unacceptable . I Dont know how this could even happen, but I’ve told all my friends and co-workers. We will never eat there again.

We came in with a large party and was surprised to see only 1 other table here. It had been so SLOW, we have been for over 2 hours. Once we got the food, it was awful. The catfish was the worst I’ve ever had. Extremely fishy and mushy. We had burgers that were raw and red in the middle and bleeding on the plate. The side were not impressive and not flavorful at all. We won’t ever be back.
