Not only were the servers rude, several handling food did not have gloves, hair nets/hats or beard nets. We waited 1 hr and 22 minutes for our food, which was wrong. The guy calling names refused to answer any questions, stood with his arms folded and stomped his feet like a child. This place is a horrific mess.

$7.50 for a tiny side of fries. For that price I would expect a basket. I asked for a glass of water, and was given a plastic cup and told to go down multiple hallways (big long museum hallways) to the elevators. There is a soda fountain. There is no reason not to give people a paper cup so they can get water there. Trying to force people to buy a bottle water does not follow the theme of conservation.

They don’t offer fountain drinks anymore and you’re now forced to drink warm cans, no ice and no cold drinks. Extremely disappointing especially when everything is over priced. Please fix this ridiculous issue!

NHM Grill is a clean and has fair prices. The waiting lines can sometimes feel like forever, but they have a big variety of snacks and drinks. I wish they had a wider variety of food options, but they have burgers, salads and sandwiches. I bought a cheese burger and it was okay, I was expecting a little more flavor.

Solid grill and snack location with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Standard fare (burgers, hot dogs, salads), with snacks. A good place to eat with the family! Pro tip – there are two lines, left is for anyone not ordering hot food, right is for hot food.
