Went to the website, placed the order, it was delivered right away. The pizza was good, I’m not sure why this place has so many bad ratings. It was a good pizza, crust, cheese, sauce and ingredients.

Not happy with the service provided here at Napoli on Nellis and Harris. I ordered delivery to my house and Napoli forgot to include a 2L bottle of Coke in my order. I ordered delivery through Google, so the third-party delivery guy that brought my order said that there was no beverage included when they picked up my order. I called Napoli to let them know I didn’t receive my drink and they admitted they didn’t include my bottle mistakenly and said they would refund me directly to my card but never did. Called about 5 days later to follow up and they now say I have to dispute the discrepancy with the third-party app, despite the fact that they caused the error, and can’t make any other concessions for an unhappy customer. First and last time I used delivery here but it was unpleasant enough of an experience to push me to order from other pizzerias in the area due to the lack of accommodation on top of the underwhelming quality of food for the price I paid.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I’m new to the area and my husband was craving deep dish pizza. I wanted to surprise him and since some of the reviews seemed descent, I decided to give them a try. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza & 10 piece honey BBQ wings. WORST. CHOICE. EVER! I ordered through Google maps (ends up being a third party app) and showed up 25 minutes later. You know, expecting to wait maybe 20 minutes more just to get my pizza right out of the oven. Well, walked in some older grouchy looking guy was folding boxes (never said a word) so I proceeded to the cashier (she was super nice and sweet by the way) who told me that it would be a 45 minute wait. Hmmm I was a little upset and decided to go buy a few drinks down the street and with the wonderful Vegas flowers (orange cones everywhere) there was obviously traffic on Nellis. Well I ended up receiving a call about 55 minutes later and picked up my pizza. It was no more than a 5 minute drive home (keep in mind husband and I were both excited and hangry at that point) only to find that almost all of the cheese aside from the top was not melted like I kid you not, you can still pull the cheese strip aside. We were not only bothered but also mad at the fact that I spent almost $50 on those two items. We will definitely not be recommending this place nor eating here, even if it’s the last place on earth.

I have order a few time now and this last order I wasn’t to happy with my pizza and chili cheese fries were hard and dry. When I called to let them know they told me there is nothing they could do because we started to eat it. They then informed me there is a new owner and didn’t even bother to offer a discount next time. Needless to say I will be looking for a new pizza spot so disappointed I really liked their pizza

Can you work on getting your dining room open? I know every business is different but it would be nice if we could have the diner open like other napolis. I asked for plates since I couldn’t dine in and I was talking my children to the park and they didn’t have any. I asked for ketchup and they didn’t have any. Other Nápolis food is of better quality. I should really just stick to my Sahara location.
