I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch today from Nana’s Kitchen. I had the fried chicken dinner that came with 3 sides, and everything tasted like you’re back home at mom’s table. The owners take pride and love with every meal they make and serve. If you’re looking for great soul food with good service, this is the spot.

Food and service was great, I do wish there was more places available to sit inside to eat. Maybe add counter tables. Space inside is very limited. I ordered fried chicken wings with fries. I do wish another side option would be available as a switch out item. My husband ordered chicken tenders with fries.

All I can say is NANA CAN COOK! We woke up on a Sunday morning craving some home cooking, and I immediately started my Google search. I landed on Nana’s Country Citchen and me and my wife, Siarra prepared to check it out. First I want to start with Mr. Charles who was the amazing individual who took our order. I had the ox tails. It was delicious, and the smothered chicken was also delicious. I wasn’t too fond of the Mac n cheese. I love the green beans and the greens. And the fried catfish was delicious also. I will be going back. I’m trying to taste everything on their menu.

Okay Nana!! Y’all out did yourselves I got the catfish lunch special for me and my husband both with sweet potatoes and he had dressing and gravy and I had cabbage. My God everything was absolutely delicious the catfish was crispy and well seasoned just like we like. And that cabbage ohhh wee made me taste buds sing lol everything was amazing. Love me some good soul food and Nana’s sure put LOVE in what they cook. Next time got to get me some cool aid and a slice of sweet potato pie. Again thank you for making my stomach happy

Holy Moly bro the food is actually amazing. From the service to smell of the food alone. This place is slept on, pricey but the portions make up for it. Honestly the food is equivalent to the price. This spot is a gem. Left a picture before I demolished this plate, get the catfish with mac n cheese and candy yams.

We ate at Nana’s today. All I can say is WOW! Hubby got the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and mac & cheese and I got catfish, black eyed peas and cabbage. Again, wow, it was delicious!!! Portions are enough for at least 2 meals a piece. We will definately be back Nana. Hopefully on a Sunday to try the oxtails and greens.
