My husband and I visited the unique eatery. I love this part of downtown Winter Garden and wanted to check out the eateries in the area. The food is delicious and the waitress was nice. Starters I ordered Bam Bam Shrimp and fried pickles . My husband had the bacon burger and I ordered teriyaki wings. My mother in law ordered fish platter and Nieces ordered flat bread chicken mushroom goat cheese and head chef salad. The food was delicious decor was classic.

My first time here: place is incredibly musty and the design is very outdated. Service wasn’t great either, in terms of friendliness. Everyone did that thing where they all watch the new table but quickly dart eyes away as if it to say “not my responsibility.” Eventually, someone came to greet us and give menus. The food was fast though. I got the margherita pizza and it was pretty good, I ate the entire thing myself with ease. My friend got the shrimp tacos, she said they are absolutely amazing but I didn’t try them. Looked pretty bland to me. Also not a fan of having politics shoved down my throat while I’m trying to eat (decor). No diversity in the staff (or the patrons for that matter). Someone alerted me to the derogatory name of the restaurant after my dining experience. Wouldn’t have spent a dime there if I knew before hand. Will not be back.

Join the 99 beer club. It’s the coolest thing ever! Excellent beer choices and they give you a little card to get stamped with each new beer! Our server, Linda, was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. She was sparkly and had perfect timing, taking care of us flawlessly.

Delightful old days Tavern with outstanding diverse menu and delicious food. Narrow restaurant with one wall of comfortable bar with opposite wall full of wooden booths. You’ll come back again!

Burger was a bit salty. Bang bang shrimps tacos were just ok. Mushroom appetizer was delicious. Service was good. Server was attentive. We sat on the patio during a rain storm which was lovely.
