Paid $11.92 for a burrito bowl that looked 3 days old and didn’t have enough for a drink. Asked for a cup of water with my food and she said we dont give away free cups you need to buy a water. Terrible experience, embarrassed me in front of the whole line. Will never buy food here again.

This place is great. The staff is super nice, very friendly. The food rocks, highly recommend the salads. Get the double meat it’s worth it! The burritos are huge. And the nachos with every meal is the icing on the cake. But I really appreciate the staff, the manager is super cool. Glad to see they survived Covid!

The food here was good the first couple times I had it. Every time I went to the mall I would get Moe’s, but after about the 3rd time having it my stomach started to hurt and I had to leave the mall early to go home and throw up. I don’t know what happened this time but I must of gotten food poisoning from here and I don’t wanna risk getting it again.

One of the only locations you’ll find in the Bronx, this Mo’s is located in the food court at the mall at Bay Plaza. I always like to use the app to order ahead, and by the time I park my car and make my way up there the food is usually ready. The mall itself is located conveniently near several highways, which in my opinion makes this particular location ideal. You can order ahead, pull in on your way home or out, pick the food up, and be on your way in relatively quick fashion. If you are concerned about parking, don’t use the mall parking, but rather the parking lots literally adjacent to the mall. All of those parking lots are free, but the mall parking lot charges $3 for all-day parking. You can very quickly park by the Applebee’s walk across the street and be in the mall in three minutes time. Overall high quality food, it’s different from Chipotle and Qdoba, which I appreciate. And my orders are always accurately fields which is extremely nice! I also love the location because there’s tons of other food there, so even if you are in the mood for Mexican, and someone else isn’t, there’s tons of different options literally in that same food court.

Love the food from the Moe’s. The young black male who serves, should be employee of the month. His customer service and really good, and he knows how to smile at his customers. However, the cashier named Jasmin (I believe), who worked Saturday night, March 18th, 2017, has a complete attitude problem. I wish I had the energy to point it out to her boss. But right now I hope he sees this, remembers us and offers to her some corrective action.
