My Buddha bowl was delicious. The ingredients were good quality and it tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and the environment is welcoming. My bowl was vegan, but there are different meat options for those that eat it.

I really really wanted to be blown away with or like this place because I’ve been dying to come try it out. I was even so excited I looked up the menu and called a friend to help me make a decision because everything sounded and looked amazing! I got the pesto chicken sandwich and was heavily disappointed to bite into it and immediately feel like I desperately needed a drink of water because it is just so incredibly dry. Not even just that the Sandwich itself has no sauce but that the chicken is bone dry to the touch. I watched them pull it out of packaging put it on the sandwich then put the Sandwhich through a toaster. Okay a little worried but maybe they really sauce it up with that pesto. Not. Bummer. I paid $14 for a Sandwich and a small bag of chips (which were actually quite tasty) and I am tossing the main thing I paid for in the trash…bummer.

Great experience at modern market. The food is fantastic. We ordered three different menu items number one I think it was a Mexican corn pizza was delicious haven’t had anything like that. I had an ahi tuna bowl it was delicious came with a vinegar at dressing and cream almost cilantro jalapenos quinoa. It’s delicious I highly recommend modern market for quick clean food in Old Town Scottsdale thank you so much for reading the review

Well, never being in this establishment, I figured out my too many overwhelming questions, and I decided on a salad. One of the questions I had asked was portion size for an expensive upcharge 6 single sliced mushrooms. The rice had uncooked pieces and I almost broke a tooth a couple of bites. Thankfully, I didn’t mix up it.. Overall, this place is way $$$$ overpriced and not worth the money. Way better dining options within walking distance. I will definitely not be back knowing quality is just not found here at all.

Had the braised beef, dry and nearly flavorless. The rice was so boring, the garlic mashed were tasty. I couldn’t stop adding salt/pepper due to nearly no seasoning. My buddies had pizzas which they say were great. Good for them, I won’t be back.
