I used to love modern market, but it’s never consistent and I remembered why I stopped going. I paid $18 for the chicken bacon club sandwich and a drink, there was only 1 slice of bacon on it, and about 6 chips in the bag. Last time it had tomato, 4 bacon strips, and a half full bag of chips. It’s the same situation when I order the everything avo toast, it’s different every time. You’ll either love modern or be disappointed. Tonight I’m disappointed.

I ordered delivery 2 meals. I called to cancel my original order within 30 seconds. The employee convinced me to keep the order, and she would change it. Ann was her name. I thought it easier to cancel and reorder. And I was right. This place sent me 2 separate incorrect orders and charged me twice! Several days later, I still have no refund for the duplicate. I like the food here, but this is outrageous! Charged twice, promised a refund, still never received the correct food. I suggest maybe go to a different location. I won’t be ordering delivery anytime soon from here!

I have been to this location on Colorado Boulevard multiple times. The food is generally good, but the customer service is lacking and these employees need more training. Eery time I come in they act like I’m not at the counter, they continue to work talk with each other and ignore me. I always have to say hello first and then, eventually, they will come help me .

Used to come here quite a bit 10 years ago. Stopped by for lunch yesterday and it was still great. Good service, busy but the food came out quick. And they sell beer. We parked at Barnes and Noble, don’t tell anyone.

The salads at modern market are always great and are made with fresh, great ingredients. A little upset with their staff for apparently verbalizing the issues they had with making a cheese pizza with no sauce… maybe keep your comments to yourself when you work in an open kitchen where staff and all the customers can hear your comments…

Super yummy! Fresh ingredients, locally sourced, tasty recipes made from scratch, and somehow served up fast-food style (or nearly). The tables and seating are rather utilitarian, a bit hard and cold for my taste – more suited to younger costumers, I think. The patio is nice.

This is what arrived at our door. I completely understand that some responsibility is with the delivery person but I was missing my sides, half the meat was pure fat, and the vegetables were half overcooked, half undercooked.
