We met up with some friends and ordered Pizza, wings, pretzel bites and drinks. The food has always been good at the Mellow Mushroom and they have a great selection of drinks. They accommodate large parties.

The waitress was great and attentive, and the food was good. We had ordered a lot of food along with drinks during happy hour – the peach buzz cocktail, cider boys strawberry, spinach & artichoke dip, pretzel bites & 2 large pizzas. My friend had the Mighty Meat & mine was half Pacific Rim half Holy Shiitake Mushroom Pie. Unfortunately, my friend got food poisoning and found hair in her pizza. When we split the bill, I had given cash tip with my portion while the charge of the split bill is on my card. I checked my account and was charged an extra $12 for some reason which was not what I anticipated. I contacted Mellow Mushroom through their website and waiting for a response. This was my first time here and honestly shocked at everything that happened. Make sure to check everything from your accounts and pizza when trying out this place. It was very disappointing at the end.
